Service not great at the Chart House. Need to have more people working. Waited almost half an hour for a glass of wine. Halibut good but I didn’t like the rice pilaf. Salad bar still very good.Appreciated that our wait g reminded us that we could use our Landry’s points.

We tried several times to reach the restaurant during normal business hours to inquire about reservations for Father’s Day over the phone, but no answer. I was able to make a reservation on open table. There was no mention of a special holiday menu in effect. When we arrived at 3 PM, the restaurant was nearly empty. We were seated off to the side away from the window, rather than in the prime center area with the best views. We were presented with a 3-course fixed price menu for $77 per person which works out to $539 for our group of seven before tax, tips and drinks, which my two sons were awkwardly feeling obliged to pay. Appetizers would have been extra. The waiter seemed a bit stressed and disengaged. The food was good but nothing to rave about and took quite some time to arrive between each of the courses. My wife and I often come here for special occasions and we always enjoy the house special mud pie when we come, however it was not offered as one of the included desserts, so we took what was offered which was average and missed our favorite dessert!

Not up to Chart House standards. Food took over an hour to prepare and serve. Was room temperature when it was served. Told our server, who took away and had manager come over. We explained, said he would make certain that the meal was prepared properly. Was overcooked when they brought it back. Offered deserts and coffee. Deserts were fair at best and cappuccino was COLD!
