Had the special--a bouillabaisse--which was fairly priced at $29, but no soup spoon was provided (at the end of meal, before I ate the broth, I asked for one--the server hadn't returned to see if we needed anything); no plate/bowl was provided for the shells (our companion had a bread and butter plate still on the table we used); I'm gluten free and they had no gluten free bread or option. Our companion's $55 meal was good but skimpy (especially the bisque) for $55; also, we had more shrimp in our "Portuguese stew" as it was charged than she did in an entree. Not inspired to return.

We are always pleased to go to The Chart House. I took my wife there for her birthday. The food and ambiance were fantastic, as well as the view from our table. The Chart House never lets us down. We will be back. It is a bit too pricey, in my opinion.

Reservation made over a week prior with 3 special occasions for our dinner. Not greeted upon arrival just a do you have a reservation. Arrived 18 min prior to reservation time and was told we were early and table not ready, went to bar for pre-dinner drink. Asked waitress that we were waiting for dinner and can we transfer our bar bill to our dinner check, she indicated no. I am a Landry Select member and have called other restraints prior when entertaining dinner groups if I can transfer the bar bill to dinner bill and they always say yes. Hostess comes in at 3 minutes prior to reservation time and indicates table is ready, I let her know our other dinner couple still had not arrived and hostess said that if we did not take the table they will have to give it up. We took the table and our guests arrived at reservation time. I went to the bar to pay and asked bartender if can transfer bar bill and they said sure. Go figure. Seated with our drinks, our waiter did not introduce himself, and asked our guests for drinks and took their order. After 10 minutes and seeing drinks delivered to other tables and food to other tables, I gesture to our waiter why our guests have not been given their drinks ? Then the drinks arrived awkwardly as we had finished ours and we had wanted to proceed to order wine for the table. Rhythm was thrown off for the “special evening” Ordered entrees and salad bars food was good. Salad bar had empty bowls and was not replenished and I took pictures and there seemed to be too many quality control issues showing up. The final issue was when the bill came. I identified myself as a Landry Select Club member and the waiter indicated I had a $25 credit verbally, possible for my birthday as that was one of the occasions that we were at dinner that evening. When I saw the bill, I was treating my guests, I had gift cards and paid with the gift cards and expected a credit for overpayment of approximately $21 . I just paid it as was not going to discuss

This is fine dining in the foothills! Beautiful views of ponderosas and city lights. The service was exceptional, Thank you Jake! Best swordfish I've had in years!

We have gone to the Chart House multiple times in the past. The last two times we went, it took 30 mins plus to get drinks and over an hour to get dinner. Extremily Slow Service, took almost 3 hours to do dinner. 30 mins to finally get the bill. This used to be one of our favorite places, not any more.

The crabcakes were delicious! The salmon was awesome. Shrimp and noodles was so so. Waited a while to be seated, even though we had a reservation.

The food was great! However our service on 8/26/24was absolutely reprehensible. I will not return! I spoke with the manager and he said we are just having a bad night. It was way worse than a bad night. The kitchen was turning out fine food. It was totally the server problem.
