   Our waitress Wendy let us know she was tired and to have patience with her she was not attentive. We then got another waiter can’t remember his name he was ok he was new and did better.

   Sadly we did not enjoy the menu offered on Mother’s Day. Our favorite dish was not offered on the pre set menu (macadamia nut mahi, the reason we came) and prices were very inflated for a holiday) (Why??) Food was just so so, not at all worth 79.00 a person

   Wonderful Mother’s Day experience for my 91,year old mom and me. We celebrated with my son and husband. Everything we delicious and the view can’t be beat.

   The service was incredibly slow, and it took a long time for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and not worth the price of the fixed menu.

   The overall experience fell short of expectations. There was a lengthy wait to check in, and the front desk staff lacked the warmth and enthusiasm that typically sets the tone for a positive visit. Service at the table was disappointing, with items forgotten, adding to a sense of disorganization. The valet team also seemed overwhelmed, leading to a chaotic arrival and departure experience. Additionally, the bathrooms appeared overused, resulting in long lines and a lack of cleanliness, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. Staff attire was inconsistent and less polished than expected for a venue of this caliber, impacting the overall impression. Bar service was noticeably slow, with limited attention to detail, making it challenging to fully enjoy the setting. With a few adjustments, I believe this space has the potential to deliver a more polished and premium experience that aligns with its intended vibe. The entrees were a highlight, with a well-curated selection. The table’s favorite was the salmon quinoa dish – beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The cocktails, however, were just average – lacking the creativity and flavor expected for the setting.

   This is our second year spending Mother’s Day here and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The service, food, and atmosphere are the best. It was a perfect evening.

   We had dinner at the Chart House for Mother's Day. It was crowded and we were seated promptly. My wife went in ahead of me because there wasn't ample parking at the restaurant. My wife was seated for approx. 10 mins and no one came to her with acknowledgement. The various items ordered came with a little delay due to the crowds and understandable. When our meal arrived, it was very good and hot. Our lava cakes were a bit of a disappointment from the last time we dined at the Chart House. The Lava cakes were over baked with very little molten center - mine being a bit burned around the edge. Overall it was a pleasant experience, we ended the meal with a walk along the beach while the sun was starting to set.

    Service was great. Beautiful location with oceans views from every table. Food was okay. It was Mother’s Day, so I am giving them a break on the food. The communication about the special menu was very clearly presented before our special lunch.
