The food was delicious--from the mussels appetizer to the herb crusted salmon to the caesar salad--it was all delicious. The server was nice and helpful and energetic and did a great job. We had a table by the window so we had a fantastic view of the ocean. It was a lovely experience.

Could barely get into our seat. Crowded. Nothing special about the food. I couldn’t eat the Cajun salmon. Just not what I hoped for.

Excellent service from the staff! We had a reservation but with a 6 month old needed a table that would fit a highchair. The staff was able to find us a new one quickly during the dinner rush! They have a dinner special that includes a choice of salad/soup, a main course, and dessert for $57. Everything was excellent from the prime rib, to harissa salmon, and cod that they fired right at our table. Extensive wine list and cocktails. Our server was patient, kind and conversational. Overall a wonderful dining experience

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We booked this for Father’s Day and had requested our reservation weeks in advance to be next to the window. While I understand that this can not be guaranteed, most restaurants try their best to accommodate it especially for reservations. We were seated a couple rows away from the window. A couple mins after being seated I noticed 2 window tables opened up. I asked the hostess if it would be possible to move. She very rudely told me that other tables were waiting for the window seats. We were there for 2 hours and one of those tables set empty the entire time. Secondly, our food was underwhelming and was delayed coming out. My salmon was sent back but the second dish was better. We sat with empty glasses and plates regularly. I would say the view is amazing if you are able to sit by the window but our experience was not great.

Late seating us, over 30 minute wait. Toll awhile to get drinks. Waitress Kayla was very sweet and tried her best. Would ask for her if we ever went again. Prime rib ordered medium, came out way over cooked and not pink anywhere! Mana her never made it over to discuss the meal. Lava cake had no lava in it!! Used to be a favorite family restaurant. Due to the food ( not service, she was great) I won’t go back for another$200 meal ( no alcohol).

As always, the waiters were fantastic and the ambience amazing. This particular night the water was spilling over the brick wall and onto the windows. You can’t beat that :-) but unfortunately, the swordfish that we both ordered was overcooked and just wasn’t as good as earlier.

Chart House never disappoints. The staff are great - they are always so accommodating when I'm dining with my elderly mother, who is a big fan of their prime rib. All of our dishes were wonderful, including the NY strip and lamb chops. I highly recommend for a delicious meal with great service and unsurpassed ocean views.

Chart House is always a great experience with a great view of the Pacific Ocean, excellent and pleasant service, and a wonderful, new brunch menu.

Excellent restaurant with prime ocean view seating. The food is excellent with great menu choices, the ocean view seating is as good as any, and the service is excellent. Prices are reasonable.
