   We celebrated our wedding with family over dinner and had the best experience! The service, food, and ambiance was amazing. Our wedding was so special and perfect!

   Server extremely friendly and so is manager. Food was delicious but side portion a little small for the price. I expect a lot when going to expensive places so giving it a 3 because they brought up my old fashion with regular ice cubes versus the large ice, and it took forever to get the bread. The ambience is wonderful though, and like I said, they are really nice. They accidentally messed up Our check, but luckily he caught it and came back for it.

   We love Chart House and go all the time for occasions and celebrations. We have never been to Cardiff and we’re so excited to celebrate graduation there. We were taken upstairs, where you couldn’t see the view out the windows even though tables remained empty downstairs. It took at least 30 minutes to get a basket of bread. Service was horrible upstairs as the waiter brought what he could carry up those stairs each time. Refills took forever. It was hot as anything upstairs. Everything took way too long. Then they jammed a party with kids and a stroller next to us. I watched a food runner spill food off plates every time he came up. Rice and coconut shrimp and French fries and unsuspecting diners didn’t even know a portion of their food had been dropped. The upstairs is not where to sit. I’d refuse next time. Or just not go at all.

   Never disappointed …. The dinning experience is outstanding. The food is always great and the pricing is very reasonable for the experience.

   As noted in our reservation this was a birthday celebration. We also mentioned it when we arrived. We had to tell them again when they brought us our check. They gave us a sliver of cake with a candle. My filet mignon was almost cold and flavorless Swordfish was very good however we won't be returning. Also the restaurant was about 80% empty.

   For the price we found the food mediocre the service mediocre and the bathrooms were dirty! Guess bad management! Won’t be coming back anytime soon. Too many better options

    We had a weird table. Been there many times and always had great seating. Disappointed as I noted it was our anniversary. We often go to chart house so we were not thrilled about the ackward table.
