Very good food and good service. This was our third trip to Charlou and our best yet. The food was delivered to the table shortly after we placed our order. We appreciate the attention to our gluten-free diet.

Ambience was great, had a band playing when we were there, but not too loud. Food was exceptional. Service was the only downside. No water,tea refills the whole time, slow service, and they seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Almost nobody smiled, seemed happy when serving us. Could be a really special place if they were more friendly

I was so looking forward to this meal. I got the fish and chips and the fish was bland and overcooked. The potato chips rocked though! My friend got the halibut sandwich, which also was overcooked though had a nice spicy coating. We shared the Charlou salad and it was huge and wonderful. I will give Charlou's another chance. We picked a busy night and the kitchen may have been overwhelmed.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, extensive tap menu (including non-alcoholic drinks) and beautiful food presentation. Service was quick & friendly. Food was tasty too, just a bit spendy for what you get. Awesome vegan & vegetarian option! They were attentive to my food allergy too!
