Really fun spot with great chocolate desserts. The atmosphere is charming and the staff were lovely. Loved the hot chocolate and the caramel tea. A lovely place to enjoy something special.

Absolutely amazing. Our waiter pio was he was fabulous, very sweet with my granddaughter maker her laugh etc. I did speak to the manager, just so she knew how fantastic he was.

We had such an amazing time, service was impeccable, food was all fresh, fun and tasty. When the server found out it was my birthday he even came out with a special birthday brownie for me. I booked this months ago, and it was so easy, friendly and well worth the price. Coming from Canada for the first time this made our experience that much better, I can’t recommend this enough!!!!

Disappointed with the lack of theme/ theatre. Expected more. The most theming was in the toilets with pictures from the books and the books from way back when. The food was nice but only one part was presented in a themed way. The service was peculiar with one person bringing out, then it waiting for someone to bring to the table. Seemed very slow between each course/ plate coming out. Approx 20mins. A themed centre piece, pictures of the story around the restaurant or projected and themed music would have made a difference. Even the staff with a ‘ hint’ of theming would have added to the overall experience. A lot of money for what is offered.

Enjoyable treat, with lovely food and niece enjoyed it very much. Disappointed with the additional service charge added to the bill.

perfect attention to detail and table service. did think the dining area would be more themed but did not spoil the experience. waiter was superb and professional London prices for the experience but thoroughly enjoyed it

We had such a great experience!! A “special” Sweet treat on Thursday for high tea at Charlie & the Chocolate Factory! It was SO good. The servers were amazing. The food & treats were outstanding.
