Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality.     We had fish, filet and shrimp accompaniment- all were excellent. Best bets are the house salad and rolls!

    We eat often here but this experience was not as nice we were missing several sides and one of the servers were not caring to the mistakes which lead to her being rude to some of our guest. We also found things on our bill that were not even served to us or forgotten to bring out. So overall for a party of 19 and a 80th birthday celebration this was not what we expected from this visit at all ! We had 2 servers and one was great ( the male ) but the other was ( the female ) was not very responsive or sympathetic to her mistakes or lack of keeping up with the orders . So overall a little disappointing this time Especially for an over 1500 dollar dinner .

    Charley’s Steak House was awesome. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. My only complaint is that we had a large group and they wouldn’t split the check. We had to add up what we each had and add the taxes and gratuity which was a pain in the neck. But other than that I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant

    Always a great experience at Charley's, and this was no exception. The tuna appetizer was very fresh & served at the correct temperature. Fried shrimp were cooked perfectly & not greasy, also enjoyed the baked potato ATW. The staff are exceptional, Adrian our server was friendly & his timing between courses was spot on. Will be sure to ask for him again. Theresa was also friendly & helpful. They both made us feel welcome & at home.

    The food was pure perfection. We enjoyed the lamb chops, which were cooked exactly the way we wanted them. The escargot were extremely tender and buttery. Angel, Shannon & Theresa went above & beyond to insure our service was awesome. We will be back soon!

    Ordered Lamb chops. Came to the table raw. The mint with it was odd. Didnt like it but I am sure others might like it. Service seemed a little slow compared to the last time we dined there. Desert was amazing!!! Valet was very kind.

    Always a great meal at Charley’s . Earlene our hostess was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome w/ a special appetizers. (Thanks to Ashley too in Lakeland) Aiden our waiter was excellent and the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our favorite steak house in Orlando for all of the reasons above.     Such a great place! Nice and relaxing atmosphere, the service is absolutely fantastic, and the food is some of the best we've had. I had the F U Filet (freaking unbelievable plant-based) and was shocked at how good it is! Other family members stated their center cut filets were outstanding. Definitely a favorite!

    We had an awesome dinner! Our server Chad was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and the wine. We will be back for sure! Do not hesitate to get to Charley’s and ask for Chad!

    Choosing a Sunday night was a wise move as the restaurant was not overrun by convention patrons. A warm welcome by the Duty Manager and exceptional service throughout by our server, James. He was both perceptive and proactive the entire evening, giving remarkable advice and attentive service. My wife had the Stone Crab Claws and whilst expensive, we’re truly worth it. We will certainly visit again

    An excellent steak house with truly outstanding service all the way around. We had an aged prime ribeye that was perfectly cooked. But the service was even better. If you go, try to get Richard for a waiter. He was enjoyable, engaging and helpful without being at all pushy.

    Out of all the steakhouse and fancy restaurants, Willy is one of the best waiters I have ever had. He’s absolutely the best person to be around. Made the environment feel more comfortable and welcoming. His presentation was smooth and knowledgeable. He knew the answers to everything that we asked. Offer amazing dranks and he went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night .

    I had high hopes for this place, been to many steakhouses and it wasn’t as we expected it to be. We will not return, the steaks were more burnt than char grilled as they described. Server was great but food not so with the high prices.
