   We loved it! Our waitress and the service she provided was probably one of the best experiences dining at a Brazilian steak house. She always ensured we were taken care of and made sure we were provided with the meat selections we were craving at the right temperature. Overall great experience. A bit crowded and loud but will be back!

   Great tasting food, great service. Drinks were not that good, but the food made up for it. Make sure to skip a meal before going and don’t get full on the salad bar or you won’t be able to enjoy all the great meats.

    The quality and taste of the meats was very good. The salad bar is just ok though. The service was very good. The decor and furniture is old (lots of wobbly tables). For the same price, you can also go to Texas de Brazil and other steakhouses and get better ambiance. Still, a good local steakhouse.

    This place has taken a nosedive since COVID. This time the rice cooker had a mildew smell. The last few times we have gone, the food comes out slow and poorly cooked. It’s just not worth the price anymore.

    The food was awesome! The buffet had great options and the gauchos were so kind and attentive. The top sirloin, lamb chops, salmon, shrimp, and the pineapple were our favorites.

    My thanksgiving with Charbroil grill was AMAZING! From the time we walked in, staff was very helpful and informative of what was going on. We were seated shortly after arriving. We dove straight into the salad bar. It was way more options than expected! Things I enjoy at that. Kate informed us on our experience and the carvers began their rounds to our table. All the carvers were great. Very manner-able and all around great customer service. Special shout-out to Carlos. He was great! Me and my partner will be returning soon. Would’ve been the day after thanksgiving if I was off! Definitely recommend. I’ve been to Fogo De Chao. This is by far my new place !

    My husband, daughter and I had been here before to celebrate a family member’s birthday for dinner. This time we visited on a Sunday to check out their brunch. We were very impressed with the selection of brunch menu items available. I personally enjoyed the Omelette & Waffle station; there was also an option to create your own pasta dish; my daughter really enjoyed that. (CAUTION: ALLERGEN ALERT - there was shrimp present at the station and the person preparing the cooked to order omelettes & pasta dishes used ONE utensil to grab each ingredient; he did NOT use a separate utensil for the shrimp, nor was the utensil sanitized between individual orders which could’ve presented a potential cross-contamination and allergic reaction for someone like my daughter, who is highly allergic to seafood). Other options we sampled from the buffet station were bourbon chicken & pepper steak (both delicious), bacon, sausage links, cold pastas, salad, fruit, and a fondue station with strawberries & marshmallows. I wasn’t as impressed with the Brazilian meat options presented at the tables; I recall there being more selections during dinner. It didn’t take away from our dining experience because we thoroughly enjoyed the menu selections overall, and the grilled pineapple is always quite tasty and a welcomed treat. I believe we paid $33/pp for the buffet brunch which is reasonable and worth it due to the variety and quality of foods served. I wish we’d taken pictures but it was an after thought because we were just ready to eat! Highly recommended and we will definitely return for brunch again.

    Great food and lots of good choices at salad bar. Staff were friendly and even asked how we liked our meat cooked so they knew when to come to our table. We were visiting from the west coast, but would definitely go back again if ever in town. Also lots of dining area for large parties.

    Me and my spouse went for lunch. We were seated on time and was met with our server quickly. The food bar was abundant and delicious, I really like the burboun chicken, rice, and beans. I recommend getting the Salsa Vinaigrette on the side to eat with the meats as it compliments them perfectly. The meats were ok, since it was lunch not alot of variety but was plenty. The staff was very kind but seemed like there was a staff shortage since it did take a while for the meat servers to come to our table each time, as well as the server. If you like something sweet, they have a chocolate fondue with fruits that is so delicious.

    For the high ticket price I won’t be back. Arrived starving and left starving. The carvers rarely came to the table and only limited items. Many carvers just walked by countless times. Had to ask the waitress for food several times and just got tired of waiting. Wasn’t even prime time 4 in the afternoon.

    Service wasn't very good in the beginning. We hardly seen the waiter and rarely seen the servers with the meat. We did find another waiter and told him our issues. He immediately started serving us and made everything fine until we were finished. Wished we had talked to him much earlier and we could have given better ratings.

    Had my daughters Birthday dinner and had 2 tables next to each other. Service was excellent, everyone was very pleasant and on top of everything for both parties including everyone else. I have no complaints at all. The Best!!

    The manager was really nice unfortunately my family was really looking forward to the shrimp and they brought them out y till we were paying the bill hopefully next time we’ll get to see it more often but other then that the place was not that loud and a decent place to take someone for an occasion

    The price is way too high for what you get . I payed for all you eat but they came by once with chicken or beef. even our green coin was flipped and visible the whole time. The meat is good but skip on the salad bar poor choice.

    I was impressed with how the team of servers took care of our large party of 16. Drinks were never empty and food was delicious. Bravo to the wait staff! The only negative experience is the way the tables are set up. For large groups, the tables are lined up in a row, so it’s impossible to talk with others in your party who are not sitting near you. There are also other groups of people seated rather close, so background noise can get loud. Overall, extremely positive dining experience and we will definitely be back.

    Service was horrendous. Waited and waited for drinks to be refilled multiple times. Waited a very long time for a carver to come by and then they finally just stopped all together. Left hungry because our six top was just so annoyed that even when we had to go up to the bar and ask for a carver or request a meat they still would not come by. Had to also go up to the bar to ask for our checks. Then right as our checks were coming we were finally offered shrimp that we requested at the beginning of us ordering and some other meats. Then as we were walking out we noticed we were not even offered some of the meats we saw such as the prime rib. Poor service especially for the kind of money we spent. First time and last time we will be dining there.

    Salad bar was good. Meat was OK. Ate my dinner and requested some grilled pineapple to finish the meal with our waitress. Waitress informed us she had made the request. Server came out with the pineapple and served 2 customers 4 times and did not serve anyone else. After waiting 30 minutes we informed the waitress we were still waiting and the other 2 customers were served 4 times with pineapple. She went back to the kitchen and returned to let us know they are cooking more pineapple and it will be another 10 minutes. Our table was cleared except the plates for the pineapple 30 minutes ago and I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes. Left the restaurant not happy.

    We went here for NYE. We have eaten here before and liked it a lot. The meat was pretty dry and flavorless even when requested cooked medium. We didn’t get any other options than beef until after we had been there for a while so we were already full. And fir $45 per person it was pretty expensive and we didn’t like 80% of it. Probably won’t return.

    First time visiting this restaurant. As the outside is not too appealing. The inside is welcoming. Wait time was superb, no long lines. The service staff are absolutely attentive, kind & humble. Food was delicious!! We will definitely be returning! Thank you.
