    It was a great time, great experience. The atmosphere was nice. The only think that I could complain about was that the server looked a little stressed but I can’t blame her. She did a great job regardless. Afterwards me and my girlfriend talked about rating it, she said it was a 10/10 for her and I’d say it was a 9/10 for me. It’s only a 9/10 because it took a little bit long to get served but nothing unreasonable. It was great regardless!

    I and my family enjoy our dinningat char. It was my mother's seventh birthday and also we just found out she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was blessed to have a wonderful experience with her on that day even though we receive bad news on that day my mom still enjoyed herself and had a smile on her face. Thank you so much for the experience The hospitality and the warm welcome that you gave my family.

    Service is always exceptional. Desserts are exceptional. I had the salmon (Thursday lunch special) with braised cabbage. The cabbage didn’t have any taste to it. The pieces of the cabbage were the hard part of the core and floating in water. The salmon was perfect and tasty. My husband has the roast beef & it was delicious. We love Char. Today’s veggie choice of cabbage was not a good idea. However, everything else far outweighs one tiny dish of cabbage. I wish it weren’t quite so pricey for lunch, but the service, and good food make up for it.

    We have been to Char’s multiple times however our last experience was NOT the Char from the past. The service sucked and the food was ok at best. We will try again in the future and pray that it’s better.

    Our service wasn’t bad at all. I feel like Elizabeth could’ve been a little more attentive, but she wasn’t inattentive. We had 10 in our party. We were seated pretty timely so no complaints there, two people in our party ordered the ribeye. I’ve had ribeyes at Char before and last nights were not as good. Also most of our sides were cold by the time the got to the table. I’ve. Maybe it was a different chef. The noise level was a bit loud because there was a birthday party going on and I can understand celebration, but that what they were doing the countdown over and over again was pretty distracting. A little laughter here, there singing happy birthday, but the loud repetitive countdown and excessive Lauch hearing seem like it should’ve been at a different venue than Char. So I would give my overall experience a 6 1/2 out of 10.
