Our server, Savannah, was absolutely amazing! Oyr food was wonderful and beautifully plated. I had the beef tenderloin and it was like it melted in my mouth! I would 100% come back and recommend Chameleon to all my friends.
Best place to get dinner in Maple Ridge. Food is outstanding and their service is incredible. Looking forward to trying the new food and drink menu soon!
Good food, quiet and great service.
Best 5 course meal I’ve had in forever!
A very nice New Years dinner 5 course and all very tasty . Service was right on point and informative with every dish explained which is always nice .
Great service and exceptional food, a little hidden gem in our small town maple ridge!
We did the 5 course NY Eve dinner plus intermezzo and amuse-Bouche (so total 7 plates) which was amazing! Food was incredible!
Except it was slated to be a 4 hour dinner from 8pm- midnight with a toast at midnight; instead we were given all 7 courses in the span of 1.5 hours which was so rushed, the feeling of being incredibly over stuffed with food and uncomfortable, and the entire restaurant was done at 10pm and bills paid, which wasn’t the plan that we bought for when going out for a New Year’s Eve second seating dinner of 7 courses. Disappointed in the experience as Chameleon is our favourite restaurant to go to.
In future when doing these, they should look to industry practices and know you need to space the meals out timing wise with at least 30 -45 mins between each course, to span the length of the seating and get at least somewhat close to midnight. It works in the restaurant’s favour for higher liquor sales!
Great service, nice ambiance. Good ok, nothing spectacular.
The service was amazing but I was a little disappointed with the food. The main course was good but the appetizers were hopeless!
My server was great though.
We had the Prime Rib dinner with a lovely Pinot Noir from Chile. appetizer of AppleParsnip soup. Service was excellent!!
Amazing, artfully presented food. Excellent service. I’ve been going to Chameleon since it first opened and I think it’s really found its place in the upper level of dining experiences, especially in the Fraser Valley area.
From presentation of the amuse bouche through to the last bite of the incredible dessert, the food was amazing! Service is outstanding and the cocktails delicious. By far the best restaurant in Maple Ridge and likely the lower mainland!
Great tasting food from appetizers to main to dessert and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Chameleon restaurant.
Food and service were excellent. The only bad mark was that where we were sitting (upstairs) was freezing cold. I kept my winter coat on the whole time.
Wonderful service, beautiful cocktsails and delicious food. A great spot for a special occasion!
A real dining experience, excellent service and excellent quality food and drinks.
They have have and enforce good COVID protocols, so our party felt comfortable with that. The service was very good, very accommodating, and the food and beverages, but particularly the food, was excellent.
Food was amazing, waitress was lovely I will definitely return.
Really enjoyed it. Have been three times now. Try it out!
The food is always great. Great spot for a nice meal in Maple Ridge
Great place in town. A Vancouver experience in maple Ridge. Loved the wine flight!
Table for 7 ladies Secret Santa luncheon. Great food and service. We were the only group in the restaurant for the whole 2.5 hrs we were there. Shame as it's such a gem in Maple Ridge.
We ate here about a year ago and thought the chef's tasting menu was extraordinarily good. We returned for an anniversary dinner knowing that there had been some changes (including a new chef). After our recent experience we think this is still one of the best restaurants east of Vancouver, and the value for money is very good. We ordered from the menu and were very happy with the meals and drinks. The flight of wine was carefully chosen and interesting. The beer flight was affected by the lack of some local varieties due to the recent flooding, so can't really comment on that. For appetizers we chose the parsnip apple soup and the chicken waffle. The soup was good and well presented, although the earthy parsnip taste was somewhat muted. The chicken was excellent - the waffle could be smaller and crisper. For mains we had the tenderloin and the duck leg. Both were excellent. The steak was cooked exactly as requested, and the duck was meaty and flavourful. Each came with a sauce and seasonal vegetables, and we were pleased to see that the vegetables were not standardized across the two dishes, but were selected to complement the flavour of the meat. The portions were also generous, so we split the chef's tasty dessert of the day. The service was good, diners were well spaced, and the background music was not overpowering.
Food was fantistic. I wish they would bring back the chef's tasting menu. Service was amazing. Not much to complain about. Will be back as we always are.
We had a lovely evening. The food was delicious and the service AMAZING!
I’m sure the non veg items are amazing but I’m vegetarian. I did enjoy the mushroom Alfredo pasta but the pannise cake wasn’t my favourite. Other than that everything was amazing, the drinks, service/staff, ambiance and chefs efforts.
Excellent food and service! Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.
Great food and service! We have been coming since the day it open and it continues to get better and better!
We have not eaten at Chameleon for several years but were pleasantly surprised at the experience we had on Saturday night. We both started with a martini. I had a Dirty Martini and my husband had an Expresso Martini. They were well Made and delivered right away. We both ordered the Pappardelle. It was excellent! The service was outstanding! We will be back!!
We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner at Chameleon last night. All our menu choices were flavourful and skillfully created with subtly combined complimentary ingredients. The sticky toffee pudding was incredible! We would love to see Chameleon include more vegetarian options in the future. Our complimentary anniversary bubbly was a thoughtful treat too! Thank you.
As always the food was outstanding… Very enjoyable evening out
Happy dining - we are continually trying different dining places - now that the Chameleon has re-opened - they are top notch on the dining experience - the food and service are amazing - Savannah was our waitress - she is an outstanding server always paying close attention to our requirements - they have added to their premium wine list to my enjoyment - really enjoy the big Napa Valley reds - this is a must try place - this is a five star establishment and delivers every time we dine there!! Book you reservation on OpenTable and prepare yourself for a wonderful culinary experience! Cheers!!!
Chameleon offers the best dining experience in Maple Ridge. The food and service are always excellent!
Definitely will go back again. I haven’t got perfect medium rare tenderloin for a while, it was perfect and so good! My husband mentioned that his pasta was great as well. The kids love the chicken + waffle, the chicken was crispy and juicy. Everything good and felt welcomed, probably this would be our celebration go-to place!
So glad Chameleons is open again. The food was amazing. Service was outstanding. Only one waitress also tended bar. She was attentive drinks came in a timely fashion knowledge of menu was great. All in all a great night out. Thank you will be visiting you again very soon
Dining at this restaurant was a culinary experience. The server brought us both a spoon of delightful morsel to enjoy before we ordered. It really set our taste buds up for what was to come. The menu isn’t large but has options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free main course options. The food was so good. We ordered a smoked salmon & albacore tuna appetizer which was really delicious especially the smoked salmon. The beef tenderloin was amazing and the sauce amplified the dish. Definitely a restaurant I would return back to.
Lovely service; food was much better 2 months ago. Was abit disappointed
As they changed the duck dish.
My daughter loved the croquettes tho
A great dining experience!!
Great decor and delicious food. Service was top notch will definitely return
The Cod was to die for as was the Pappadella
Delicious food. Quite pricey. Good service. Adventurous menu.
