Shocking service and served a bowl of cold crisps and salsa for “nachos”. Won’t be back

Didn’t save us tables for the match. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Didn’t care that people had reserved tables. Shocking.

Very badly organised place. I reserved a table but apparently this means nothing to the hotel and it’s a first come first serve basis. No one apologised and no one offered to sort this out. The staff just let anyone in, overfilled the marquee then couldn’t cope with the queue on the bar so closed it! Absolutely unbelievable. We left and went elsewhere. Do not go here.

Everyday, casual dining. Courtyard was extremely quiet.. a little hidden gem I would say, for a quick bite.

Excellent cocktails and just the right amount of snacks. I would recommend it for the ambience for a quiet few drinks with friends. Had originally booked the outside for a few post work drinks but it rained and the inside was very nice and cosy.

I have never had good service here. It’s not the fault of the waiting staff but there are never enough with them to cope with demand. Given it’s a rare outside spot in this area it should be better staffed so people don’t wait so long to order or for drinks and food. Food is usually good but this time the chicken in the salad was very dry. Hard to complain as never anyone around to complain too and always in a rush to get back to the office.

This place was great and will go again for sure - quite and in good weather a perfect city hiding place. (OpenTable incorrectly located it so it took some finding - bit embarrassing for my lunch guests but we overcame..)
