    Mr. Chamberlain saw me in the lobby, recognized me from meeting me 1 time 12 years ago. Extremely impressive that he remembered. Great dinner, great restaurant. Couldn't have had a better experience

    Sunday night Steak special full of flavor and value! Also took advantage of the sine discounts and got a wonderful Napa Cab for $70! My wife also received a free dessert for her birthday!

    AMAZING!!!!! From the moment we walked in till we left it was the best experience. Greeted warmly. Seated right away. Cocktails perfect. The food melted in your mouth. Salads. Fresh and cold.     We went because of a promotional special on a New York Strip. That is my husbands favorite. As usual, the streaks were cooked just how we like them and tasted great. I always get the Lobster Bisque for an appetizer. It is wonderful!!! This time my husband tried the Tomato Pesto soup was also good. We are repeat customers. They have the best steaks and the best prices.

    Celebrating my fiancee’s birthday. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving and the restaurant was moderately busy. We arrived a little early for our reservation and were seated immediately. The food was amazing but the courses came out very quickly. There was no time to converse or enjoy each other because the entrees came out about 10-15 after apps. The noise level in the main dining room also got louder the longer we were there. All in I think we ate dinner in about 50 minutes and that included dessert. A little too rushed for my taste for fine dining.

    Every time we go to Chamberlains, we expect incredible service, delicious food, and a lovely dinner. And every time, Chamberlains does exactly that. Our server (whose name is escaping me, I'm sorry) was amazing. Wines were reasonably priced - great options/list too! The food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and customized as requested. Thank you, Chamberlains, for being consistently great.

    Lamb was way over cooked and tough. When asked for mint jelly, which you said you had, it was a red syrup. The nanhattan ordered was the worst one I ever had. It was sent back and was not any better.

    Might be the best steak i've had in the DFW so far. I ordered the 8oz filet with a mushroom sauce, I don't even like mushrooms but this sauce on the steak was amazing. All sides are around $13 but the steak actually comes with a choice of mash potatoes or grits (mash is really good). They're cheaper then most steakhouses because the entrees come with a side. I ended up spending $90 for 2 (other person got a chicken dish so its a little cheaper) but less then $100 at a nice steakhouse is great! Service was good, waiter was a little annoyed because we came in late but still made sure we were taken care of. Building isn't too big so with it full I can see it getting noisy but it was late so not too many people in there. Overall the food and experience were amazing and would definitely recommend Chamberlains to everyone.

    Our server, Ace was outstanding! The food was very good and the wine selection was great! So rare to find a restaurant with a cigar bar. That was the best part of the experience!

    steaks and lobster were outstanding,salads were wonderful ,sides were fantastic and deserts to die for.Service was outstanding, Ricky (our server) catered to our every dining need and did so with charm and humor. We could not believe that chef Chamberlain stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. It was a dining experience we treasured. Keeps us coming back since 1993 !!!!

    You know we’ve been going to all the fancy steakhouses like town hearth, Monarch, Nick and Sam’s, crown block, and Del Frisco’s double eagle. Depending on where you live, you have to drive through traffic, and it’s almost like a club environment, so loud and sometimes raucous. They gotta make that high margin on cocktails somehow. And then you forget that in your own neighborhood are restaurants like Chamberlains, they have excellent food and excellent service. We haven’t been here for years, but really enjoyed it last night, Becky, our server was excellent, and the food was top-notch.

    Birthday celebration on 11/17/23. Overall value 3/5. Elements of the meal were good. Enjoyed potstickers, deviled eggs were horrible (no seasoning), come on Chamberlain’s. For this type of restaurant and the food not properly seasoned-disappointed. Overall value (fair). Past almost $600 for a party of 4 but we did order appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks. Steaks were (ok) but for Dallas there are much better options. Wife enjoyed Chilean sea bass. Surprised by how delicious the desserts were, not sure if they are made in house or not. Drinks were good. Service was good. Waiter was good but disappeared after the main courses were served. Overall, we won’t be back.

    Food was excellent. Valet staff and Bar Staff were some of the best regarding politeness, responsiveness and professionalism. Table staff I would say about average. My fiancé and I will be back for sure.

    This was a date night with my wife and we'd never been to Chamberlain's before. We arrived a bit early and they seated us immediately. Our server "Sho" greeted us quickly and in no time we had menus, water and bread at the table. She was also friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the specials of the day. Our cocktails (mine was the brown sugar old fashioned and my wife got the Chamberlain's Infusion) both were tasty and satisfying. The appetizers we ordered arrived shortly and from the review I read we had to try the deviled eggs which were just as good as advertised. For the main course, I decided on the Kona "Baseball" Filet and my wife on the 40 day aged filet. Both were delicious and they are such large cuts and because we were saving room for dessert we had plenty to take home. For our sides, we ordered the crunchy Brussel Sprouts which were so delicious and the Au Gratin potatoes along with the mushroom mac and cheese. They were all great sides and had plenty of these to take home as well. No great dinner can be complete without dessert and after dinner drinks so we ordered up their White Chocolate and Butterscotch Bread Pudding and shared it, it was out of this world! We also ordered a slice of key lime pie and coconut cream pie to take home, neither disappointed but I'd say my favorite was definitely the coconut cream pie! I ordered an Espresso Martini for my after dinner drink and enjoyed the last moments of our date talking and just relaxing. The place filled up fast after 6:30pm and everyone seemed to be having a great time and so did we. We will be back, thanks for a great evening!

    I made our reservation 7 weeks in advance. We were going to be in Texas for business and decided to stay an extra day in Dallas and go out for a nice dinner for my birthday. I did a lot of research before deciding, we didn’t want to go to a chain restaurant, preferring something local and chose Chamberlain’s based on the reviews. We arrived promptly at our reservation time only to be told there was no table available and they were waiting for one to clear. Okay, understood, we’ll wait. We noticed several other people waiting. After standing next to the bar (there was nowhere to sit) for 30 minutes I was done. I started calling other steakhouses in the area to see what their wait was. I told my husband I wanted to leave and go somewhere else and he replied “we’ve been here this long we should be seated sooner than we can go somewhere else” He was wrong. Other people with reservations were as frustrated as we were. One gentleman was very vocal in his displeasure. We were finally seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. One of the guys at the front desk did apologize and said he wanted to buy us an appetizer. Gee thanks, but it wasn’t a financial issue it was the fact that we had a reservation that wasn’t honored and wasted 45 minutes standing next to the entry door. Once we were seated things were much better. Our server, Tommy, saved the night. He was awesome. And our food was absolutely delicious. The fresh bread was great, the shrimp cocktail was delicious, filet cooked perfectly, and the lobster thermidor was fantastic. They did bring a creme brûlée with a candle for my birthday as it was noted on the reservation that it was a birthday dinner. The food was awesome but I honestly don’t know if I find myself in Dallas again if I’d go back as they clearly cannot run their reservation system and overbook to the detriment of their patrons. So disappointing after looking so forward to this dinner.

    I try to visit Chamberlain's every time I am in the Dallas area, and the latest visit was great as usual. The food and wine lists are top-notch, and the service is really exceptional. It is very hard to find places that provide this level of personal and attentive service.

    Our waiter Michael was excellent. He made suggestions and allowed certain substitutions that made the meal that much better. Highly recommend Chamberlains if you’re in the area. The deviled eggs are to die for!
