Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

Five Stars - A Perfect Anniversary Dinner My girlfriend and I celebrated our 1-year anniversary at Chamas Do Brazil, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt elegant and inviting—perfect for a special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make our evening feel extra memorable. They were attentive without being overbearing and always had a smile on their face. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every cut of meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The filet mignon and garlic picanha were personal favorites, but everything we tried was delicious. The salad bar was fresh and full of unique, high-quality offerings that complemented the main course beautifully. We were also surprised with a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers on both quality and hospitality, but Chamas Do Brazil does it effortlessly. We couldn’t have picked a better place to mark our anniversary, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for date nights, celebrations, or if you just want an unforgettable meal.

I had a really amazing time at Chamas. Our server was amazing and recommended my date the perfect drink. The caipirinha. Her presentation with the fireball cheesecake was amazing. The staff was very friendly, even when I left my hat they held on to it until I could pick it up. I’ve been to other Brazilian Steakhouses before. But Chamas has way better food and variety. The owner and the manager also really good people

"Dining at Charma do Brazil was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The ambiance was perfect for a special occasion, and we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience." Let me just shoutout our amazing server Juan! He was absolutely delightful and very down to earth!!! He kept a smile on his face and our face!!! Absolutely great!

The food was good. The salad bar didn’t have as any many options as other Brazilian steakhouses but it was good.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Chamas do Brazil on a Sunday afternoon. It was wonderful! We had 7 in our party and everyone left full and happy! Our waitress, Maritza, was terrific!! The meats are all so good, perfectly cooked/seasoned, and the salad bar never disappoints. This is a great place for a special date or celebration, we'll definitely be back.

Jennifer was an amazing waitress and the rest of staff were all great. Always a great experience each timt we dine here.
