Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

The overall experience was perfect for a family meal. The wait time was moderate for such a busy holiday but the hostess ensured that reservation was maintained and we were seated in a reasonable time. Our waitress handled the table with care, gave an informed description of serval beverages and desserts available to make this Father’s Day a satisfying experience. The Guachos delivered the meats as often as our cards were flipped available, and our plates were never empty because of it. Savory, tender, and succulent are just a few of the adjectives that one will use once they’ve taste the bounty of beef’s, pork’s, and chickens in Rotation at Chamas do Brazil. My favorite was the Picanha and you have to try the Brazilian Lemonade. For dessert get the Chocolate Lava Cake you won’t regret it. I would 10 out of 10 recommend you bring the family out for a meal you will never forget.

The atmosphere was very elegant and romantic. Took my husband for Father's Day and he loved everything. He's not much for giving compliments about places but he was saying he wanted to go back before we even left. Our waiter was very attentive and professional. Very clean and organized salad bar and the meat handlers who walked around were also very friendly. Food tasted amazing and it was quiet enough even though we went during the lunch rush at 1am. 5 ⭐ overall.

Always a great experience. The salad buffet s an experience in itself. Our server was outstanding and very attendant. The various meats were all tasty and well prepared. I finished off the feast with a flaming cheese cake. Delicious!

Five Stars - A Perfect Anniversary Dinner My girlfriend and I celebrated our 1-year anniversary at Chamas Do Brazil, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. They were attentive without being overbearing and always had a smile on their face. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every cut of meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The filet mignon and garlic picanha were personal favorites, but everything we tried was delicious. The salad bar was fresh and full of unique, high-quality offerings that complemented the main course beautifully.
