Chamas Do Brazil restaurant conjures up images of highly skilled Gauchos chefs, fine wine and superb services, and fresh salad bar, and while all this most certainly true, one no must forget at Chamas is above all experience. An exceptional dinning experience to be precise, but one that takes place in a casual atmosphere reminiscent of the quaint eateries, and wine bars of the Brazilian country side. And no wonder. Specialty dishes include perfectly prepared meat dishes using the finest and local ingredients, used on our grilled steaks, fillet mignon's, sirloins, pork chicken and shrimp, and seafood. All served with a world class wine menu to match. Chamas Do Brazil has received Wine's spectator's prestigious "Best of Award of Excellence" every year since we opened in 2014. It's a simple, colorful, elegant, and exceptional dinning experience.

Alanie did a great job. She brought everything right on time. The salad bar excellent. The wine very good with a good pour. The meats perfectly cooked with just in time seving.

Chamas never disappoints; its always delicious. The service was top notch, the salad bar & meats were delicious. I ordered a pineapple drink & my daughter ordered the Brazilian limeade - both were delicious & refreshing. I would recommend the Brazilian limeade. Desserts were also very good. We ordered the Creme Brulee & the Chocolate Cake - the portions were enough for 2 people.

The overall experience was perfect for a family meal. The wait time was moderate for such a busy holiday but the hostess ensured that reservation was maintained and we were seated in a reasonable time. Our waitress handled the table with care, gave an informed description of serval beverages and desserts available to make this Father’s Day a satisfying experience. The Guachos delivered the meats as often as our cards were flipped available, and our plates were never empty because of it. Savory, tender, and succulent are just a few of the adjectives that one will use once they’ve taste the bounty of beef’s, pork’s, and chickens in Rotation at Chamas do Brazil. My favorite was the Picanha and you have to try the Brazilian Lemonade. For dessert get the Chocolate Lava Cake you won’t regret it. I would 10 out of 10 recommend you bring the family out for a meal you will never forget.

The atmosphere was very elegant and romantic. Took my husband for Father's Day and he loved everything. He's not much for giving compliments about places but he was saying he wanted to go back before we even left. Our waiter was very attentive and professional. Very clean and organized salad bar and the meat handlers who walked around were also very friendly. Food tasted amazing and it was quiet enough even though we went during the lunch rush at 1am. 5 ⭐ overall.

Always a great experience. The salad buffet s an experience in itself. Our server was outstanding and very attendant. The various meats were all tasty and well prepared. I finished off the feast with a flaming cheese cake. Delicious!
