   With thoughtful consideration, I believe Chama Gaucha has some of the best food and service in DFW. The service is truly outstanding. We’ve been three times: twice for dinner and once for brunch, and each experience has been amazing. The $45 brunch is a great value. The candied bacon and waffles, top sirloin, bacon wrapped chicken, croissants, and sausage were our favorites.

   So just when I think this place couldn’t possibly be any better I am happily wronged. I would have thought they were targeting me to get a good review but this is typical CG! I truly want to let everyone know how great this place is on every level. And did I say EVERY level? Yep!! From the second you enter to the second you leave you are greeted and treated as if you matter. That alone makes me happy. BUT, sometimes really good food and lots of options make bad service forgivable. You will get that also. To top off the food and the perfect service it’s a beautiful restaurant. I AM IN NO WAY BEING COMPENSATED NOR DO I KNOW ANYONE ASSOCIATED with this restaurant. It’s just that great!!!

   This evening, we had the pleasure of dining again at Chama Gaucha in Grapevine, Texas, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was simply amazing, with each cut of meat cooked to perfection. The salad bar offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to every taste. The service tonight was exemplary and a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our evening was impeccable, making us feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish. Their attentiveness and professionalism elevated our night to an unforgettable level. Tonight was another wonderful experience, and it reaffirms why we keep coming back time and time again.    Amazing as always. Add a few extra points for the size of the Easter shrimp. Team service is excellent. I just wish there was a yellow caution sign instead of red/green. I’m never on red at Chama. It’s too good.

   The service was top notch one of the best Brazilian Restaurants in the DFW area. John was on of the best servers I’ve seen in a long time. He paid attention to detail and made sure the entire table was taken care of. The entire team is excellent I really can’t say anything bad about our experience.

   There were many things I enjoyed. Food was great, service amazing. But the standing online for the buffet and the fact that they rerouted us cause I guess we weren’t standing where they wanted us to. It felt very much like cattle, so I hope that you guys rethink just the positioning of things maybe remodel the buffet area, making it more spacious Other than that the actual restaurant is beautiful. Your staff are A1 and the food was delicious.

   First and foremost this was a one off. This place is typically the best of the best. Having said that today was not one of those days. A couple of weeks ago when they had just started their brunch we asked if the Easter brunch would be the same menu and same cost. However, it was $23/person more. We asked 3 times prior to attending. They were poorly prepared for the amount of people they had seated. The items on the salad bar that were supposed to be warm were almost chilled. Waffles under warmer lights that didn’t help as the waffles were cold before they made it out of kitchen. I asked 7 (yes seven) times if waitress could ask in kitchen and bring them out when immediately made. That never happened although she seemed like it wouldn’t be a problem. The lasagna fresh out of kitchen placed on warmers was so cold it was like coming out of the refrigerator. The cold items were same high quality and great. The dessert that was on the menu that was promised again today was not included in cost and not displayed or offered. Refills were hard to get as staff was too sparse for the amount of tables. Today, unfortunately, was a huge disappointment.
