Centro 336 is an Italian/American restaurant located in Hampton Bays, N.Y. Its focus is, The celebration of food, family, & all the finer moments in life. We blend classic favorites & modern trends. The zucchini chips were so good! Management came over to check on things. Good choices for Resturant week. We enjoyed our dinners and took dessert home. We are looking forward to going back and having fresh fluke.

Centro has a minimalistic menu so what they offer, they do very well! Friendly staff and Jack the bartender has a very good memory with names and what you drink. All servers are polite and professional. Nick the Manager checks in to make sure all is well and greets you like family. I highly recommend this place.

My dinner was absolutely amazing. I had the pasta mushroom truffle pasta. It was so delicious! The service was fantastic. I told them they should add this pasta to their regular menu!

Great price-fix dinner. Nice selections and good portions. Nice atmosphere and Rich, our server, was fantastic.

From being greeted at front door with a warm welcome from the maitre d to the chef coming to check on our dining experience,, the entire experience was wonderful. The Hummus appetizer was delicious, and the 28-day dry aged steak was phenomenal. I highly recommend trying the specials!! 5 stars, only because I can't give more!! Highly recommend! Oooh and that espresso martini...wow!

Much better this time , food was good , there still on there winter menu , can't wait to see full menu soon , Octopus , and osobucco has the get on the menu service was great see you soon

Sunday nights are quiet, the orecchiette is my favorite, and the prix fix is great value!
