Welcome to Central Bakery located next to Kahala Mall since May 2015.

Our president and owner opened his first Central Bakery in Kobe, Japan in 1999. His vision has been to provide fresh bread to the community while serving authentic, fresh French and Italian cuisines.

With our new bakery and restaurant here in Hawaii, we know that we will carry over the same vision while providing a relaxing ambiance and superior customer service.
