Named Center Stage for it's strategic location overlooking blue waters and perfectly framing Longs Peak and Mount Meeker, Hole 16 sits just outside of our relaxed dining and bar area - also named Center Stage. Showcasing exhibition kitchens to encourage culinary interaction, Center Stage offers a more causal yet refined experience serving comfort food, homemade brick-oven pizzas and Colorado craft beers to enjoy around the 40-person bar.

    Always good experience here, dinners are a little pricey but for the quality and view it’s worth it. Also, they’ve added a bigger selection of steaks and salmon to their menu that was much needed and very well executed, thanks to the chef for the new options. Overall, a solid 5 stars!

    Outdoor seating was lovely. Pizzas were excellent, the walleye fish n’ chips were great as usual, and the chef’s special elk tenderloin with lobster tail was outstanding.

    Outstanding menu and food is top-drawer, very well prepared and delicious. Service is highly professional and responsive. This is by far the best dining experience in our vicinity, and one of the very best in NOCO.

    Buffalo Cauliflower was superb. Spicy pasta dish was very good. Pesto Gnocchi was disappointing. Seemed like balls of mashed potatoes rather than pasta with the normal “chew”.
