Renowned chef, author and restaurateur Scott Conant introduces an Italian-inspired steakhouse, Cellaio, nestled in the picturesque Catskill Mountains. A play on the Italian term for a butcher’s pantry, Cellaio offers Conant’s take on the traditional steakhouse, complementing aged steaks with the antipasti, market salads and house made pastas that have become synonymous with his cooking. Third time at the restaurant and did not disappoint. We had the halibut and the veal chop special both of which were outstanding.

This upscale establishment consistently maintains top quality entrees. We have tried several different selections and every dish was superb. Our server, Justine, was cordial and extremely attentive. It is truly a pleasure dining in this restaurant. The chef is extremely talented. We highly recommend dining here.

This is a lovely restaurant. The pasta al pomadoro was fabulous. The pull apart rolls were delicious. Our server, Sam, was friendly and accommodating We truly enjoyed dining here & will be back tomorrow!

Another wonderful meal, this time we dined at the bar. The service was on point and the food was exceptional, particularly enjoyed the veal special!

Porter house for 2 over cooked. 2nd time in row steak wasn't cooked right but they took some charges off which made it acceptable. Long wait time for courses. Expect to 2hrs for dinner there.
