   Had Griffin as my server this afternoon and He was outstanding and the steak and eggs were delicious will definitely eating here again. Thanks Griffin!

   Hubby and I had a terrific meal at Celeste Coastal Cuisine on Hilton Head Island! We each had a Sazerac cocktail (yum!) and started with the chargrilled oysters topped with butter pecorino and parmesan (delicious!). For mains, my husband chose the blackened red fish with crab étouffée over grits. He loved it. The fish was a generous portion and cooked perfectly - just the right amount of blackened seasoning and moist inside. He said the étouffée was excellent. I had the short ribs for my main. They were fork tender and extremely flavorful. They were served with grilled asparagus spears and gouda grits (wow! they paired with the meat wonderfully!). Their menu is quite extensive - everything looked delicious. Staff were genuinely courteous and cheerful. We did choose outdoor seating which was not the best option - we were next to the parking lot in front of the restaurant. If you want more ambiance, then stick to indoor seating. It was fairly quiet (except for someone's car alarm going off!) but still I wouldn't choose outside again. Otherwise, it was a near perfect meal. Definitely will be returning!

   This place is a hidden gem, a great find on Hilton Head Island! We will definitely return and bring friends!

   Elegant restaurant with superior food and service. Restaurant owner also owns Ela’s and The Pearl. We keep coming back.

   We love this restaurant! The food is amazing as well as the service! Deidra is an awesome server, great personality! The crabcake on top of a fried green tomato is unbelievable as well as the mussels. I have never seen mussels that large and meaty. This will be a frequently visited restaurant for us! Great flavor profiles!!

   Easter Sunday, well dressed crowd, our first dining experience at Celeste. Nardia, our server, was great. She answered every question, made suggestions, and was attentive while not being overbearing. Oh, by the way, the meal was delicious. End cut prime rib for one and grilled grouper for the other. Definitely on our “will eat there again” list..

   2nd time back in as many years. In town for my daughter’s golf team playing in the Big East Championship. We split the blue crab fingers app and the blackened red fish with crab etoufe and ended with the bread pudding. Def one of my fave restaurants ever. Give it a try!

    Had a great experience tonight at Celeste , started with some tuna and then several of us had the grouper , others has short rib, red fish and scallops and everyone enjoyed all those dishes … Tash was our server and was tremendous and made us feel special
