   My entre was brought out incorrect twice. Ordered salmon and roasted potatoes. Got steak and French fries. Meal delivered second time got steak agaiin,and cold roasted potatoes. Third time got correct order but salmon was dry as a bone, and the potatoes were still cold. Not worth my time again.

   Have been to CCG many times. This time was different. The pork chop was overcooked and dry, the sauce was unspecial and the crispy onions were soggy. The Caesar salad was excellent as always. The seats were covered with crumbs when we arrived which is rich because there are printed cards at the front desk describing the dress code. Previous experiences were much better. I would have called the food very good but not outstanding. Today it was way too expensive for the end product. We will try again but not for awhile.

   Waiter basically forgot about us. Had to wave him over to give him our order. Had to ask another server for bread. Entrees came immediately after our appetizer. So little room on table.

    What a wonderful experience! We made reservations for early dinner before Tina at Playhouse Square! Enjoyed our appetizers. Drinks and meal. Everything. Marville (sp) served our every need. We’ll be back. Do get the Pear Martini!

    Everything was great. I was a tad bit disappointed that Happy Hour was only at the bar even though their online menu did not specify that and I did check. Otherwise food was good, atmosphere was great and our server was extremely nice. I would come again. A tad bit expensive for a weeknight, but that because everything was so good, I had to have an appetizer, drink and a steak entree. Otherwise, I had a great time.

    It was my first time there and I ordered the chicken and waffles. When it arrived, the breading on the chicken was soggy, not crisp and when I cut in to it the chicken appeared to be undercooked. The others at my table also determined it looked undercooked to them as well. When I mentioned it to my server she asked to see my silverware and then began cutting in to my chicken in an effort to confirm to me that she believed it to be fully cooked. I decided to eat a bit of the outer side of the chicken and left the rest on the plate. When she came back she asked if I was still unhappy with the chicken but by then we were all almost finished and ready to leave so I just had her take my plate. Needless to say, first experience was underwhelming and undercooked.

    Our service was excellent. I ordered a cheese burger medium well and it was raw on the inside. My husband ordered a side of the Brussels sprouts and they were horrible. They were not fully cooked and very difficult to eat and did not taste good. On a positive note, the biscuits and deviled eggs were delicious.

    Let me start off with we love Cedar Creek Grille! Been there numerous times over the past few years. It has a classic Manhattan - NYC feel to it. Classy but local if that makes sense. The servers there are true professionals and it shows. My only grip is the menu - it's been the same for a long time and needs some updating. If you love fish you'll find plenty of options, steak - plenty of options. But what if you want something beyond that - not much offered. Maybe two chicken options. I had the Crispy Chicken Milanese. It was not very good. Chicken was definitely not crispy and was well over done. My other dining companions had fish and theirs were great. I know you need to keep favorites but new additions would be great. Both specials that night were fish as well. We'll still be back -because we love the place.
