Went for my GF's birthday was really nice atmosphere with live band in the middle of the room, friendly staff and the food was banging, little bit on the pricey side but worth it.

Disappointed that we were told my partner couldn’t wear shorts but most men were and it was very warm yesterday! Food and service was great though

Excellent buffet feast, highlights are the fresh season with whole lobster and oysters, plus fantastic roast. Made to order pasta and pizza also very good. My only slight criticism is for £100 per head they could have also chucked in the tea and coffee when having dessert. Jazz band playing in the central foyer gives a lively and vibrant atmosphere.

I took my daughter here for her birthday. I had tried booking but it was always fully booked so I was offered a table at the section of Cecconi. I didn't really mind as I was excited to try out their Sunday buffet with all the Instagram hype I've seen. Where shall I start...as there were lots of pointers that should be said. Starting at reception staff were not overly friendly and welcoming. As a short person I found the food display counter quite high and not customer friendly, placing on the bar could be better. The cold selection of seafood was not that exciting. Lobster tails dry, king prawns rather skinny and the oysters mediocre. The roast itself was not exciting either. The yorkshire pudding was huge but when i ate it, it was dry. The choice of meat was ok, selection of vegetables not very exciting, gravy watery. The dessert was more enticing. Waiting staff were not very attentive , to the point we had to mention this and they were kind enough to refund the service charge, as it was not worth paying it. Overall, I would not be going back again. A bit disappointing for someone's birthday and having had to wait a month for a table availability.

Beautiful venue. We were sat on a counter, which was very busy and tight. Elbows were touching as we were eating. This area was tucked away. Options were limited in comparison to the standard ned feast. Pizza was awful, lobster were predominantly empty, roast was ok, nothing was incredible food wise.

The waiter who serving us keep talking to the next table to us and just ignore us. No one changing our plates and we were force to eat on dirty plates. Ordered some drinks and took ages to arrive. It’s not our first time here but this time is really poor in service
