We eat at Cattle Baron once or twice or year, always good food, this time was even that much better! And our server Peter, did an exceptional job.

Four of us had dinner at the CattleBaron in Sundance last evening, service was just adequate, food was very disappointing compared to when we have visited the CattleBaron many times before. I had the Prime Rib, much thinner slice than other times, what they call Au Jus was a greasy gravy, twice baked potato was definitely not hot, it was only warm, which I mentioned to a manager, nothing was done about it, and to top it off two of us had broccoli on our plate, the size of it was huge, less is better and nicer looking on the plate. Our server said that was Cattle Baron style. We all agreed it’s not the same there anymore., not sure if we will be back. The Keg has them out beat now for sure.

Thank you for the chef’s perfect tenderness of the prime rib! It is perfect for medium rare I had so far at this place. The service was great too. The server came back to bring me more hot water after we paid. This is one of my regular dine out restaurant Thank you and keep up the good work!

The atmosphere is one of the best in South Calgary. The Food is exceptional, the staff professional, polite, well planned. The management took the time to drop by our table, to see if we are enjoying our dinner and our evening. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Service was excellent. Food was meh. They didn't cook my husband’s steak properly and my lobster had been overcooked until it was like eating pressed sawdust it was so dry. The free bread tasted like it needed salt and the calamari was tasteless. Overall we weren't impressed. Our server was amazing though, very attentive.

This was our 5th or 6th visit to the CattleBaron Steakhouse, since 2020. Food and service is consistently amazing, ambience is perfect for celebrating a special occasion in a classy setting. Great value for your money. Highly recommend.
