    Gorgeous space! Amazing food! The mocktails were tasty and original. Our server was far less than stellar. He would disappear for long periods of time and we’d have to ask other servers for help. Still highly recommend!!!

    Ambiance and food were great…service completely missed the mark. We booked standard table reservation and the hostess brought us to a communal bar high top booth. After asking for another table, we were seated outside. Why offer a standard table reservation if you can’t uphold it? The overall service was attentive but seemed rushed and impersonal at times. Mediocre service isn’t an unknown concept in Aspen, but this was just disappointing.

    We feel we were robbed. Waited 30 minutes for the outdoor table we made the reservation for and were brought to an indoor table incorrectly. They kept wanting to seat us at bad indoor tables. The told us to wait longer and have a drink and the bartender said he “needed to serve his guests first.” Tuna tartare fishy. Caesar mediocre. Asked for pepper, never got. Dover sole old, discolored and not good. Everything took a very long time and nobody cared about us. Treated us like we didn’t belong and they do this every time we come. Extremely slow service . They didn’t even clean the table before dessert came. Wine took 30 minutes and was forgotten. I could go on and on. Paid top dollar for a horrible dinner and it was really upsetting. Again we feel robbed.

    As usual our dining experience with Catch Aspen was superb. We experienced personal service from the general manager Jeffrey Tarr and he provided us with world class service and attention to detail. The steak was exceptional. The tuna sushi tartare magnificent. FIVE stars.

    Elegance, energized environment and great food. Service was top shelf too. Great rib cap and branzino. A gem when in Aspen.

    Dinner was delicious. Beverage service was extremely slow. However, the bar and restaurant were packed but difficult to refill beverages throughout the entire meal.
