Dinner was delicious. Beverage service was extremely slow. However, the bar and restaurant were packed but difficult to refill beverages throughout the entire meal.

The experience was outstanding! The drinks we had at the bar while waiting for table to prepare were delicious and made to perfection. Once we were seated the servers took great care of our needs throughout the whole dinner. I had the Bone In-Filet which was cooked and seasoned exactly as requested. My wife’s entree’ stole the show- Imperial Cut Wagyu Filet was undoubtedly the best steak I have ever eaten and I’ve been to all the Big Boys Steak Houses. The service was top notch and very professional. I wish we had one of these in the Woodlands, TX Great Restaurant

Food was not good, medium steak was completely charred on outside. Overall very pricy and appetizers and steak weren’t good.

We come every time we visit Aspen. This visit we had the Australian Wagyu with waffle fries and the burrata, plus the Catch roll. Every dish was exceptionally prepared, surprisingly quick to come out (hot) and sported interesting flavors. Fantastic restaurant!

Amazing dining experience. Food and drinks were top notch with good service. The Wagyu flight was delicious, along with the filet, sides and wedge.

The best Catch Steak in the lineup Food and service is always a 10. Tracey is the star. She makes everyone who walks in feel like a VIP. Bone in filet, shrimp cocktail and wedge salad were off the charts!
