   I went Catch with my wife and had an incredible evening. We started with the sashimi shooters—fresh, vibrant, and full of flavors. For the main course, the Catch of the Day was grouper, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flaky, and beautifully presented. Shoutout to William, our waiter, who was hands down the best—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back.

   Catch Restaurant delivers a standout dining experience with creative flair. The Brie Pillow Golden Wedge is a rich, indulgent starter—perfectly crisp on the outside with melty, savory goodness inside. Their Catch of the Day, a barracuda parmesan, was an unexpected highlight—flaky, fresh, and expertly seasoned with a bold cheesy crust. And to finish, the apple pie was hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly spiced, buttery crust, and served warm with just the right touch of sweetness.    Best meal I had on the island. Don’t be scared of barracuda it was the best fish I’ve ever tasted. The trio of sauces all had their charms. The deep fried Oreos were a hit for dessert

   I usually never get the whole fish but this time I had to give it a try and I’m glad that I did the mix of Caribbean spices in that fish is amazing. I got the whole snapper this time and my friend got the strawberry grouper. This was one of the best whole fish I’ve ever had and I was a little skeptical about skin on. We picked those bones clean such an amazing meal.

   The food was excellent, but the service not so great. Took 10 minutes to get a drink order and then another 25 minutes for it to come to the table. Our server seemed very overwhelmed, working harder not smarter. The food was amazing and came out fast . I’ve been wanting to try catch for a long time so I’m glad we went.

   1st time trying this restaurant and we will definitely be back. Service was outstanding and the food so fresh and perfectly prepared. The Sashimi shots was a cool concept and tasted amazing!

   We really liked the place; I was very well attended by William and the manager Jeshua. Excellent service. The food was amazing. Highly recommend it! 💯

   Hidden Gem I will start by saying this and I will say it all the time: Catch is the diamond of the low rise hotel area!! Went for a nice calm dinner with my family, upon arrival our hostess Dalys took us to our table (very nice and polite girl) Once seated we got their house bread and roasted black garlic butter and o my goodness it was so delicious!! Our waiter William was great, highly recommend him For apetizers we ordered the ceasar salad with shrimps and a trio del mar and they were both super tasty, as mains we got their Seafood paella and WOW SUPER FALVORFULL and great for sharing betweem 2-3 people!! We are planning to go back for that paella again very soon!!! Hands down best we've had on the island so far. We didn't order desserts but opten for some extra cocktails instead, my favorite the Keylime pie martini (so yummy) , my partner had a chocolate martini and our friend had a limoncello The acrobat performance was the highlight of the night and they also had a singer afterwards and he is absolutely amazing. Both shows were amazing!

    Had a wonderful birthday! We went to Catch to celebrate my birthday and let me tell you Catch never disapoints!! Our server Jax was amazing, she is so helpful and full of joy We ordered some cocktails and had sashimi shots , brie toast and fried calamarie as apetizer as they are great for sharing and as per Jax recomendation we tried the Baracuda for catch of the day with sauteed veggies and it was AMAZING!! I didn't know baracuda was so delicious and I asked mine to be served with their lemon caper sauce which was so good! Also Jax and the staff brought out a dessert and sang Happy Birthday to me along with my friends Honestly Catch is a gem and I highly recommend it to absolutely everyone !!
