   Thinking about going to Cooper's? Think again! Catch 21 is s delightful find in the heart of downtown Scranton. Meeting friends, some for the first time, we needed a place where conversation could be had easily; this place hit the mark. And the food was outstanding. Six people in our group, each ordering something different and everyone loved what they had. Highly recommend and when back to the Scranton area will probably dine here again.

   Catch 21 is a Scranton gem. Menu items are always fresh and well prepared and nightly specials are a treat. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist in every way. Then of course, there’s Bene, the owner. He is the consummate host, always welcoming and the reason that so many patrons return time after time.

   Great evening, food and service were excellent as always. Rack of lamb was delicious and tender, sword fish special was very tasty. Always a great choice for a dinner.

   Second time patron and definitely will be coming back. Comment on noise was just we happened to go while a jazz band was playing, nothing bad all good. Any other day a nice place for a dinner date with your love one

   We are always a little nervous when making reservations as we have 3 small children. We always request to be seated in a corner and away from the other patrons so as not to disturb them. This restaurant was superb! Not only did they assist us with our request but the staff made the meal an enjoyable and relaxed experience for all of us. We liked it so much that during our stay in Scranton we ate here two nights in a row. The filet au poivre was exceptional, the black linguine special, the Caesar salad and the paella was all perfection and the macaroni and cheese….well, let’s just say, there wasn’t any left at the table. All was well above our expectation and truly a delight. This restaurant comes highly recommended!

   Traveling south and very pleased with this local spot! Very quiet and wonderful seat at the window. Delicious food and drink with superb service just what was needed after a long day of travel!! Bravo

   As always everything was delicious. We both had the Chicken Marsala. One with spinach, the other mashed potatoes. The flavor was so good. Portions too big to finish. Lunch for Monday 😁 The staff there is so wonderful and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back.

   Outstanding food and service. Best steak I've ever had at a restaurant that doesn't specialize in steak.
