We went on a Monday night, it was pretty empty and quiet. The food was delicious but can get pricey if you aren’t careful because if you order a steak, you need to order sides separately. We ordered two of the dishes that already came with sides and they were soooo good and a decent value because the sides came with them. I ordered the scallops which was very good but I swapped the spinach for potatoes which I highly recommend because it only comes with 3 scallops which would have left me hungry without the potatoes. My husband got one of the specials (veal chop) and it was huge and a good price! The service was good too, everyone was super nice and attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well which is good to know for the summer!

So glad we chose Catch 21 for our 50th Anniversary dinner. The service was personal and professional, and the food exceptional! Although the room began to fill as we dined, the noise level remained very low and comfortable. Strongly recommend!!

Requested that my ribeye to be medium rare and I got a medium steak. I showed the waitress that it was wrong, she asked if I wanted a new piece, I said no. It was tasty, I don’t want to be wasteful but not what I ordered. My son also ordered a steak at medium rare and came back as medium. He didn’t say anything.

We had a great meal. Our first time dining there, but most certainly not our last. Servers were polite and attentive. Food was excellent.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant. We both had seafood and enjoyed our meal. They were out of the wine we ordered but suggested another, comparable one which was very good. This restaurant does get busy so I suggest reservations and as in all of Scranton, parking can be a problem. Leave yourself enough time in case you have a short walk to the restaurant.

Thinking about going to Cooper's? Think again! Catch 21 is s delightful find in the heart of downtown Scranton. Meeting friends, some for the first time, we needed a place where conversation could be had easily; this place hit the mark. And the food was outstanding. Six people in our group, each ordering something different and everyone loved what they had. Highly recommend and when back to the Scranton area will probably dine here again.

Catch 21 is a Scranton gem. Menu items are always fresh and well prepared and nightly specials are a treat. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist in every way. Then of course, there’s Bene, the owner. He is the consummate host, always welcoming and the reason that so many patrons return time after time.

Great evening, food and service were excellent as always. Rack of lamb was delicious and tender, sword fish special was very tasty. Always a great choice for a dinner.

Second time patron and definitely will be coming back. Comment on noise was just we happened to go while a jazz band was playing, nothing bad all good. Any other day a nice place for a dinner date with your love one
