We had a phenomenal experience at Cast & Crew! I took my husband here for his birthday. We had the mussels as our appetizer. They were delicious! They were served with buttered focaccia, which was absolutely wonderful! We then had the scallops for our entree. These were served with pickled cauliflower and red peppers. All of which paired nicely with the sweet taste of the scallops. For dessert, we had the chocolate mousse which was prepared on top of a thin layer of chocolate brownie. This was really tasty! The presentation of all of the dishes was very nice. The management team and wait staff were great! The management team personally came to our table to welcome us, which was a very nice added touch. The ambience was very nice as well. We highly recommend Cast & Crew and will definitely add this to our go to list of fine dining on our frequent stays in Daytona Beach!

This is a gem! The team is so friendly. The food is sublime. The view, remarkable. Wonderful location for a romantic dinner. Also wonderful for business.

This could become a Daytona, upscale restaurant favorite. The word needs to get out to locals. Pleasant surprise. Had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Olivier Koster, from Alkmaar in the Netherlands. We learned he has over a decade of varied experience in the culinary scene. He is specialized in cuisines ranging from Dutch, Italian and French and has executed his signature dishes everywhere from destination restaurants, hotels, beach clubs and large scale catering events. Chef Koster serves as the executive chef at Cast & Crew, the destination restaurant inside the new Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront. He is very personable, creative, passionate and a breath of fresh air. Table side visit to welcome you and converse, served an amuse bouch to welcome in. Very nice touch. Valet - Slow, not personable and does not open the passenger car door. Little touches that make a big difference. No engagement. On a positive note, complimentary parking for up to 4 hours in the restaurant. Suggest patron call valet 10 min prior to closing out check and ask to have your car pulled around. Long wait and no event happening. Friday nights, 50% off pool bar drinks and in the restaurant. $8 for premium Bourbon. $8 for glass of champagne. That is a hidden secret that needs to get out. Live music at pool bar was also very nice. They also offer monthly wine dinners and Sunday Brunch. All exciting news for the area. Cast & Crew is designed and operated by Concentric Restaurants out of Atlanta.

It was our first visit to this restaurant and we had the best time. Chef Olivier puts out the most delicious and thoughtful dishes. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed Cast & Crew. An excellent fine dining addition to the Daytona Beach area. The service was incredible and the food was exquisite. Really enjoyed the blend of local and international flavors. Every dish and bite was so well prepared. Loved the salmon appetizer and bread, the seared scallops were delicious, and the profiterole and key lime panacotta were outstanding. Would absolutely return and recommend to friends & family if/when back in the area.

What a delightful dinner experience! Chef Olivier Koster personally greeted us at the table, shared his specials, described the carefully crafted ingredients and was so warm and engaging… the waitstaff was excellent and attentive throughout our meal and made wonderful suggestions. The food was delicious and presentation lovely!

It was a new and nice looking restaurant. The vibe was kind of cold. Flooring material was a bit slippery. Open kitchen which added to the loud background noise making conversation a little challenging. We were one of two tables inside and the service was a little slow. Everyone was very friendly. Food was very nice to look at but only average in taste.

Dining at Cast and Crew Restaurant is truly a five-star experience from start to finish. This place nails it on every level — the food, the service, the atmosphere — all thanks to an incredible team that clearly loves what they do. Niki, the bartender, is a total rockstar. Her cocktails are spot-on, and she brings such great energy to the bar. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, she makes you feel like an old friend. Her service is quick, warm, and effortlessly professional. Dylan, the manager, sets the tone for the whole operation. He’s friendly, attentive, and keeps everything running smoothly. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and present on the floor — it shows how much pride he takes in the guest experience. And let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding. Oliver, the executive chef, is clearly a master of his craft. Every dish we tried was beautifully executed, packed with flavor, and thoughtfully presented. You can tell the kitchen runs on passion and precision. If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality across the board, Cast and Crew is it. Great food, stellar drinks, and a team that truly cares. Can’t wait to come back!
