Cassariano – the perfect expression of passion and culinary art in the form of “Contemporary Italian Cuisine”.

The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery.

Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons.

Wonderful pasta, and the sauce was delicious. Maximo was our excellent server. Try the lamb/beef meatballs and the arugula salad.

We love Cassariano! The food and the service are always excellent! There are plenty of other restaurants in the area, but Cassariano is the best! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a wonderful meal there.

Our experience, once again, was delightful. Isabella was very helpful, polite, and really cares. She was great. Thank you. The food was delicious. Veal pounded chop and branzino with Prosecco risotto was excellent. The seafood salad was perfect and we shared amongst 3 of us. Fresh Pappadelle with mushroom sauce and sausage we shared as an appetizer amongst 4 of us. Delicious!

Went for my birthday. It started off with disappointment. They offer 4 Chardonnays. They didn’t have our preference. So we had to order a pricer alternative. The charcuterie board appetizer was very good but heavy on Mortadella. Had several other meats with a ball of mozzarella, nuts, olives & jam. Definitely big enough for 3-4. The veal dish with lemon was very good. The stuffed veal ravioli in Marsala sauce was good but the raviolis were undercooked. My dish with chicken scaloppini layered with smoked mozzarella, onions & peppers was not appealing. It was overloaded with fresh rosemary. While I really enjoy this herb, it was overpowered with the rosemary. Despite telling my waiter this, he chose to ignore it. They brought me a complimentary tiramisu with limoncello. While I appreciated the gesture I was left feeling disappointed with this meal. I have been to this restaurant before and it’s always been a positive experience. This time not so. On a positive note the expressos were excellent. The dinner ran about $110 per person exclusive of tip.

Andrew was excellent tonight. Always anticipating our needs and taking very good care of our table. Will ask for him next time. As always, food was very good.

I’ve been dining at Cassariano for years and have always experienced good food and service but last night the grouper special was best we’ve ever had anywhere. Make a reservation there you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve gone to this location since it opened. Something has changed either in management or ownership. Quality of the food has gone down. Ordered scallop dish wrapped in prosciutto. The meal came with three small scallops and veggie. That was it. It looked like an appetizer. In the past, it came with five larger scallops. Also prices are higher, but we don’t expect the food quality to go down probably won’t be going back.
