   This was my third time at Case. It’s definitely an experience and I do recommend it, but this third visit something happened that I really didn’t like. This time, a different person handled our checkout and, without telling us, they added a 20% gratuity. The card machine also prompted us to leave an additional tip, so I asked the girl there since when the prices had gone up. She replied that the prices hadn’t changed but that she had added the 20%. I told her this had never happened before in my previous two visits, and that if they are going to add a tip automatically, it would be reasonable to at least inform customers. I felt like it was a bit sneaky, and honestly, since people can get a bit tipsy from the chocolates and drinks, I doubt anyone would really notice the price increase and extra charges. Most people would probably end up leaving an additional tip without even realizing it.

   Case Chocolates is an absolute vibe. The host and curator were absolutely amazing. It’s a great date night location. I would recommend a 1,000 times

   Absolutely amazing experience. Michael and his team are top notch! Definitely nothing else like this place in Houston. Can’t say enough good things about this experience

   It's always an amazing time when I go to CASE Chocolates. It's such a special one-of-a-kind experience. Great for girl's night, date night, or just because!

   This was my second visit to the speakeasy and won’t be my last! I recommend it to everyone looking for a unique evening activity. The cocktails are so specially delicious and the chocolates pair perfectly. The staff are all attentive and the space is gorgeous! The menu rotates so don’t hesitate to book!

   Amazing experience that we will do again! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Michael, the owner, is a fantastic host and story teller. The 90 minutes exceeded tasting has three courses of Chocolates with paired drinks and every single one is outstanding. It wasn’t too loud, the place is very cozy, and they change their offering every 3-4 months to keep things fresh. I just hit the highlights but I highly recommend and we will be going back.
