   The ahi tuna dinner was exceptional. Three of us ordered it and everyone agreed about the excellent meal.

   Arlie was great as always as our server. Millie is always welcoming and pleasant. It as a busy night and all hands were on deck and Pat Brown was resetting tables and serving (as he is most nights when he is working in the CDR). It was a lovely evening.

   Hoping to have beef stroganoff tonight, as the last time Skyline had this dish in the Cascade Dining room It was the best stroganoff ever served at Skyline. 03-06-25 should have been called a barely lukewarm onion, and mushroom stroganoff with 6 small pieces of beef each 1/2 inch cubed. with a small dab of sour cream. This is the worst meal I have had at Skyline excepting in September of 20219 in the Bistro which I was served a dry bland strongly dry filler infused meatloaf with a ball of polenta and beets in the Bistro. Needless to say, i now have another dish besides Skyline meatloaf called Skyline "Beef" Stroganoff I will never, eat again. On service, my order was given to someone (who ordered cod), was then taken from that resident and given back to me. Another resident was served and had her meal taken away to another resident and then returned. Is a smaller portion and a split portion the same size meal? I.E. is a split potion of a 17 point meal the same size as the 13 point potion of the same meal? Tonight the split option was larger than the 13 point option served at my table. Could the split portioned meals be marked so the server and kitchen knows which is which and avoid confusion? Would also be helpful if the server could provide everyone in a timely manner with our receipts.

   Outstanding The lobster tail was delicious and well prepared. The short trip was outstanding.

   Our thanks to Jorge for making our dining experience very pleasant. He has a positive personality and was very helpful in fulfilling our orders quickly and efficiently. The food was excellent.

   Very courteous and prompt. The private dining room was outstanding. Does moving the food pickup and food prep into dining area 2 (opposite kitchen doors) Make sense? More centrally located.

    The service was very spotty.......not up to par as it usually is. The soup was not hot enough and was reported to one of the senior staff. The main course was "very" warm but not hot. The dessert menu is very impressive and elegant. I'm afraid the residents will all suffer from obesity. Can you do the wonderful fruit tarts and dreamy creme brûlée in half portions and in full portions?
