As a true Italian from Boston, I was Very disappointed in the food.... especially for an upscale restaurant.
Sub standard pasta dishes... and sauce and mushy pasta is unacceptable.

The restaurant is very pretty, albeit a little dark (walls are dark wood). Our server was very efficient and friendly and the overall service was great. The fried calamari was delicous as was my husband's pasta with lamb ragu. I had the chicken cutlet parmagiana which was just OK - nothing special. The cost of this meal was OK until we each had a glass of wine (9 oz) and they charged $24.00 per glass. I personally think that it is ridicilous to charge that much for an ordinary white and an ordinary red glass of wine. I know there are many other places in Aruba where one can have a better meal

The service is inattentive and the staff favored larger tables over smaller parties. The kitchen was terribly slow. The food quality is poor, not warranting the pricing. There are a number of other Italian dining options on the island that provide a far better experience than this.

Most beautiful view on the island.
Reserve for sunset. Ask for the patio.

Extremely limited menu. Appertizers were very good. Main course of Chicken Parmigiana and Spaghetti Pomp was very disappointing. They used a strong tasting cheese Not worth the. $36 price tag.

Casa Nonna is everything you'd expect from a Ritz Carlton. Premier service, excellent cocktails and wine list, warm ambiance and stellar food. In the land overpriced restaurants for mediocre food Casa Nonna stands out. Our freshly made pasta was a delight, the burrata amazing, and fish freshly prepared. We sat outside and enjoyed the fire pit and singer. Our server was on top of everything and most importantly did not rush us during our meal. Make a reservation in advance! It gets booked up at prime times. Enjoy!

Mediocre! That’s putting it gently. Don’t be fooled by the NY name, it’s not even close to Buffalo, Ny Quality.

The restaurant was so loud that we couldn’t even carry on a conversation at the table. The menu was nearly identical to a year ago, although they claim it changes every few months. The menu we got did not match the one the restaurant shows on their website.

We have always recommended but our recent experience was poor. The service was excellent but the main course was poor. We ordered the Fruitte del mare pasta dish and it was terrible. It was bland and tasteless. We sent it back twice.

Excellent meal and fabulous service. Highly recommend meatballs, burrata, ravioli, chicken parm, and scampi. The focaccia was outstanding. They can’t do enough for you. So delicious! Would eat there every night!

My son has some difficult food allergies (garlic, sesame, poppy seed, tree nuts). The chef was amazing- happy to accommodate him and made him a garlic free tomato sauce the day before! The pastry chef also came out and discussed safe desserts with us. The rest of our meals were delicious as well. Eating at restaurants is hard for us and this made it easier. We will be back!

Italian old school way. The chef and staff at Casa Nonna is amazing! Home made pasta that tastes like it was rolled minutes before cooked. The pomodoro sauce is the best. The device crew is top notch. Ask to sit outside.Live music accompanies your dining experience.

We are disappointed with our second visit
The food was not worth their high price
The service was fair. We ordered a salad to be shared.
The waiter left the salad to be divided ourselves.
He did not offer pepper to ground.
Will not return nor will we recommend

New Italian restaurant in the Ritz Carlton that is from the same management group as its Ritz sister restaurant BLT Steak. While most restaurants in Aruba are at best a B+ (including BLT Steak), this was by far our best meal in Aruba. Had octopus appetizer, and eggplant parm as well as swordfish and Branzino. All highly recommended. Also great outdoor live entertainment.

Every aspect of our experience was fabulous. This was a fine dining experience in a wonderful environment. We were greeted by a very engaging staff and were cared for throughout our dining by a well trained team. The food was fantastic and the servings were the prefect amount. The wine list complimented the menu perfectly. It was a most memorable dining experience closing out our Aruba vacation. We highly recommend the restaurant. We will be back....

We enjoyed our evening at Casa Nonna so much..from the friendly hostess to all of the staff that serviced our table .They explained the menu and gave suggestions of pairings since it was our first time dining there. There was a wonderful ambience on the patio where we sat to have dinner due to a very talented singer who sang many romantic songs and also a holiday song .This female entertainer basically made our dinner experience one of the best we have had in Aruba and also back home in the USA. We will certainly return to hopefully repeat the wonderful meal and entertainment that we experienced!

Everything was top notch. Service was great, food was amazing. I had a pasta dish and my wife had a seafood dish, both were great. I would recommend this place to anyone even not staying at the Ritz. A family next to us had two small children and the server invited them to the back to help make their own ice cream dessert, very nice touch. We sat on the patio and the hotel has live music that you get to enjoy while you dine. Great experience.
