Formerly Luca Italian Cuisine, Casa La Luna serves award-winning modern Italian food in a great city, with a great wine list and romantic European atmosphere. Located overlooking the Cuyahoga River, Casa La Luna has one of the most spectacular views of Cleveland.

We are excited to announce some significant changes within our restaurant family.
Luca Italian Cuisine at 2100 Superior Viaduct will transition to Casa La Luna.

Those changes reflect our commitment to offering fresh and elevated dining. All three restaurants will continue operations and ownership by Lola Jacaj (Formerly Sema)

I’ve always had wonderful experiences every time I’ve visited this restaurant, but unfortunately, this time was different. I brought a friend for her first visit to celebrate her birthday, and it ended up being a really disappointing night. Our server rushed us through the entire meal, standing over our shoulders and coming by every few minutes to clear things away — often before we were even finished. At one point, she asked if we wanted our food packed to go before even checking if we were done eating. It made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. I usually don’t complain, but the steak was so salty it was completely inedible. While they did offer to prepare something else, by that point, we were just ready to leave. They did bring out a plated dessert to try to make up for the poor experience, which we appreciated, but the server continued to make almost passive-aggressive comments that we didn’t enjoy our food. It just made everything even more awkward. At a high-end restaurant with premium pricing, you expect an experience that matches — and sadly, this time, it just didn’t. It was a weird and disappointing experience overall, especially for a special occasion.

The food was consistently delicious from apps to dessert. Seafood was very tender and well seasoned. The view is spectacular!!

We had a great meal at Casa La Luna - large group. The atmosphere is very nice with decorative lights and the view of the lake. Our waitress was very nice however we kinda felt rushed a bit. We were only there about 45 min and already had drinks, appetizers and were served our entrees. We would have liked more time between courses. Otherwise it was really nice.

Wonderful meal! Our server JB was a riot, loved the Philly-isms lololol. Service and knowledge of wine was great. Such a gem in downtown Cleveland. Sad we live 7 hrs from there!!!!

The food was excellent second time back and have not been disappointed. Love the atmosphere. And the staff is pleasant. Definitely recommend Casa La Luna .

This is the second time we've traveled to Cleveland in the last year and the second time we've had Casa La Luna! I am truly blown away every time. The tortellini was incredible, the duck was cooked to perfection, and the pistachio cheesecake was killer. Can't wait until our next trip so I can do it all over again!
