    We love Casa Italia, it’s our favorite Italian in Richmond. We always get the meatball appetizer w polenta, so good. Many good dinners we like are the braised beef ravioli made with fresh pasta and the sausage pappardelle pasta. Tiramisu and Italian trio ice cream are always good dessert choices!

    Great Italian food. Excellent and a wide variety of wine by the glass choices. The pappardelle with fennel and sausage is fabulous. I seem to order it every time… and love it every time.

    This was a nice treat during our University or Richmond college visit. Casa had great reviews so we wanted to try it. We were not let down. The food was great, the veal chop parm was as good as in places that charged double for it. The service was great and both our waitress and the owner were very friendly. The only negative, if there was know, is that they need cappuccino! They do have espresso though. Hope we get to go back.

    Home made Pappardelle with Sausage Ragu, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Mussels appetizers were incredible. My Hendricks Martini with Italian Vermouth and the Contrada Crocilla Sangiovese was divine. Casa Italiano's friendly service was exemplary and is my new RVA neighborhood favorite!

    I was overall disappointed in my last experience at Casa Italiana. The service was very slow ... for ordering, clearing the table between courses, and paying the bill. Also, the Calamari and Ceasar salad didn't have much flavor. The Ceasar salad tasted like it had mayonaise on it, not a true house made dressing. I will think twice before going back there ... in the past it has been much better

    Food as always was well prepared and presented. Delicious. My favorite waiter is no longer at Casa. I wish Tobias the very best. He WILL soar! Such a kind and informed ability to be in guest services.

    Disappointed with service despite having 2 servers (one was in training). Had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. Upon arriving, was told we would be charged a $15 fee for bringing in a birthday cake. I was not asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and not informed of the fee when reservation was made.
