The moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an ambiance that beautifully captures the essence of Spain—think warm hues, rustic wooden tables, and soft flamenco music wafting through the air. The staff at Casa de Paco are nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were greeted at the door to our final farewell, the service was attentive and friendly. Our server, Luca, was knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations with genuine enthusiasm. The menu is a beautifully curated celebration of traditional Spanish dishes, featuring local ingredients and time-honored recipes. We had the *Paella *, the quintessential Spanish dish that did not disappoint. The presentation was stunning, and the saffron-infused rice was infused with the rich flavors of chicken, sausage, and fresh seafood. Each grain was perfectly cooked. Casa de Paco isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a journey through the flavors of Spain. Whether you’re a seasoned fan of Spanish cuisine or a curious newcomer, this restaurant delivers a dining experience that is as memorable as it is delicious.    Great spot for drinks and small plates. The food is delicious. I also love that valet parking is provided. We will be back

   Amazing food and very helpful and attentive staff! Enricha at the bar made the night! Must try the octopus tapas Put this place on your “must go” list!

   Always a terrific time. Paella is amazing and is packed with goodies. My favorite restaurant in NJ!

   Went there before a NJPAC event. Was a quiet Tuesday night. Ordered some tapas and a Cava. Had a great meal. Was able to have a relaxing meal and get to our event on time. Even with a quick stop at Nasto’s for ice cream. Had Lamb tacos, octopus, potato’s bravas and another tapas. Very good would go back again

    Our server Steve was super nice. Food came out fast and was delicious. He kept our drinks full. It was a really nice time.
