M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

From the moment we walked in, it was a fabulous time. The food was amazing and Ning Ning was the perfect server. Couldn't recommend more.

Excellent and very fresh food. Very well made and clean sushi. Also, nice and unique menu items. We enjoyed the scallop appetizer every time. The miso soup, maguro futomaki and coconut sorbet were awesome.

Overall we had a great experience. We went to dinner for our anniversary, and our waitress brought us each a glass of champagne to celebrate, which was very nice. We started with the scallops small plate, miso soup, and finished with 2 sushi rolls. We also each had a cocktail. The food and drinks were delicious, and our waitress was very attentive. The only downside was what seemed to be temporary AC fans. They were bulky and a bit noisy. Overall it was still a great time, and we love m sushi, so we’ll be back!

Delightful. The restaurant isn't inexpensive; but the food & service were excellent. We'd be happy to return.

I feel like since the menu revamp it really helped turn things around. Last year I went a few times disappointed with how rarely the menu had changed and service was .. so so. This time it was great! Like back when M Fenton first opened! So glad ! Brought my friend and her daughter for their first time. Everyone was pleased. Super appreciative to the chef for allowing us some a la cart opportunities with items on the premium fixed menus! 🤩

High quality sushi and service in a hip, young setting. We were the oldest people in the room, but enjoyed the people watching, our drinks and our maki.
