M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

Had the grand omakase, everything was explained, food was great. Sitting at the bar was a great experience to see everything. Was quiet enough to have conversations.

The restaurant was very hot and muggy and the food was not like our first dining experience there. We were seated right in sight of the bathrooms. Service great but food underwhelming with limited sushi roll selections.

Our waitress was super attentive but not overbearing. I ordered the lite omakase option and she did a great job telling me about each plate and how it is usually eaten. I love all the M restaurants! Such a great experience!
