The overall experience fell short compared to previous visits. The most disappointing aspect was the food, which didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect. Service was average—not terrible, but definitely not great. It was also concerning to see a manager visibly texting for several minutes, which didn’t leave the best impression.

A wonderful meal and experience! Took my family and two out of town family members to Carson’s and it was fantastic. The food was great: from the truffle fries to the hot ham and gruyere, to the Oscar medallions the food was fantastic. Wine and spirit choices were great and price very fairly. Brandon was our server and had great recommendations and paced the meal perfectly - never once did we feel rushed. Well done to everyone - thank you for an amazing meal!

This is the 4th time we’ve eaten at Carson’s. The food is excellent. I had the ribs and the wife had the spicy beef pasta and veggies. The ribs were the wet style bbq and were like eating candy. The wife’s pasta is now here go to plate at Carson’s. This experience was not to be missed!

Pleasant greeting at the door. Reservations found quickly and went right to a small table for 2 with a panoramic view. Server was on it within minutes and quite pleasant. Things got better from there. No fault service in the proper order with everything as it should be. Seamless service at right times. Brandon was attentive without being intrusive. Most efficient but not in the way. He knew everything about the menu and made excellent suggestions. The house Old Fashioned was excellent. The scallops were delicious and blended well with the grits and garnish, plus bacon! Just an overall great meal and experience. We will be back, now that we have seen the layout. Seating can be fun to switch around depending upon the mood and parties. The food is worth the trip across counties.

3rd time at this location. The food, cocktails, and ambience are always wonderful!! The service can be hit or miss. This particular visit our server forgot our appetizer, brought two of us the wrong meal (I just ate mine because I was so hungry!) and we had to flag down a manager twice to order drinks and place our meal order. Otherwise I love Carson’s!
