The waiter was very arrogant and had personality at all. It was a little too dark so we had to use a flashlight to be able to read the menu. We were with people that were in their 60s and struggle to run the menu because of the level of darkness.

Dining room is very noisy even in a booth. We asked to be moved to the terrace and it was so much better. Had an excellent server - Kara J - who took good care of us. We always order our steak medium rare and the last 2 times we have been there, the steaks have been very rare. Perhaps we are not ordering correctly. Overall, the food is excellent and we always enjoy our evening at Carson’s

Noise was terribly loud. Could hardly hear the waitress and our conversation with our own people at our table.

Food was amazing and service was exceptional but it is extremely noisy. There were 5 of us and we couldn't hear each other for the noise level. We felt like we had to yell to even talk.

My OF was watered down but the bbq ribs and shrimp were excellent. Love the seasoned fries! My husband got the chicken creole dish and was tasty. Seafood chowder also very nice.
