   The food was not to the standards of similarly priced restaurants around. Appetizers were really good, but the entrees were not tasty. In particular the Delmonico steak was greasy and not seasoned.

   We go to Caroline for a easy dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The servers are friendly and the food is consistently good. We each had the Wagyu beef burger, great quality, without the bun (our preference). The burgers came out hot, perfectly prepared, and the shoestring fries are good. We have found over time, that each choice on their menu is done well. We also love their brunch on weekends.

   Our server was great, he was just overworked with too many tables. It took 10 minutes before we were greeted after sitting down. 15 minutes for drinks to arrive. Even longer for food. Everyone was friendly, food was great.

   The food was very good. Portion of the salmon was small but delish. Gooey chocolate cake was amazing! Definitely recommend the side of ice cream to go with.

    Seated at 4:45. Appetizers didn't come until 5:35 (50 minutes later). They were cold selections (poke tacos and beets) so I don't know what took so long. We love Caroline but I'm not sure what happened this time.

    The food was great. Our waiter was excellent. A little disappointed in the ambience. We were there for our anniversary and was touted as a great place for this. But way too loud for an intimate celebration. Overall great for fun night out with friends.

    Caroline’s is a good choice for us for a casual Friday evening. (We also enjoy their brunch.) We both prefer the Wagyu beef burger, as it is a great burger without the bun, which is how we order it. I ordered 3 Pattie’s with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. My partner had hers plain with lettuce and tomato. She also loves the fries that come with the burger. Our server, Keaton, was great, very friendly and attentive. I also had the local Pilsner beer which I enjoyed.

    We were rushed by the server to order repeatedly. Restaurant was empty so not sure what the rush was. Lack of salt or seasoning on the food. Probably won’t go back.

    We were very excited to go to Caroline before our show. The space was lively and energetic, but still felt like a lobby hotel. The service was very good; our server was excellent. The appetizer was really nice, and it looked like we were off to a good meal. However, the main course was dismal; literally. We got the 2 fish dishes, one being the hot and crunchy halibut that was touted as something special. It was crunchy, but not hot (assuming spicy here). It was bland, overcooked, and dry. I have had better at a fish and chips fast food restaurant. My wife's salt and pepper salmon was very bland as well, not enough salt or pepper, or any other spice. We ate less than half. We decided to go with a dessert to cleanse our disappointed palates and opted for the much-touted blueberry cobbler. It was not bad, but not great either. The ice cream was totally frozen and we could not cut through it, so had to sit and let it melt, but that only happened on the edges. All in all not a great experience and we were expecting much more.

    We went for Valentine’s Day and the service was terrible. The waiter did not know the menu, he did not explain the valentines menu, Forgot to order a plate. The ambience was loud, a lot of tables close together and uncomfortable. First and last time there.

    I loved it there, the aesthetic was wonderful it was a nice and quiet restaurant, the food was amazing I had the Turkey burger and fries, the fries were hot and crispy and my burger was very juicy and it was wonderful. The service is pretty mid the servers are also the bar tenders so they only served us once and never checked on us again, we also had to go up and ask for our check because they never came back to the table other than that i would absolutely come again. They also have a little cafe and the desserts there are a 10/10 i had the chocolate chip cookie, absolutely amazing.

    We were so grateful to get a last minute reservation during inclement weather. We were in the area and had no where to wait so we arrived early to check in for our reservation, and again we were pleasantly surprised and impressed the host was able to seat us early and we expressed our gratitude. It was packed because it was one of the very few restaurants open but drinks, apps, entrees came out quick and tasty. The only knock is that the server had a somewhat sarcastic sense of humor, for example even kind of tossing our plates onto the table. We weren’t offered dessert, but oh well. This was our third time dining here and will continue to visit.

    Ambience was nice, a lot of couples like us. Food was ok - I loved my chicken wings. My wife’s chicken sandwich was OK. Very reasonable for the ambience and location. The service was terrible though - server handed us the bill before we even got our dessert and we had to wait for him to come to our table a lot! Not to mention, he just picked our menus up after we ordered without even checking if we wanted to hold on to one.

    Cool ambience. Portions were a good size, but were lacking seasoning. We had to add quite a bit of salt to all of our main courses. Tasty drinks, but my friend said her espresso martini was meh. Liked the watermelon marg. Bathrooms are up several flights of stairs, which was odd and inconvenient. Server was slow, but very sweet. I’d say the appetizers were far tastier than our main courses. I’d consider coming back for a happy hour and just getting snacks and drinks!

    Our experience was lovely and the server was wonderful! We started with the two zero-proof mocktails, which were both delightful. For appetizers, we ordered the ahi tuna tacos–can't really go wrong there–and the burrata which absolutely stole the show. For dinner, we ordered chicken enchiladas and halibut. Neither entree was by any means "bad", but we found both to be underwhelming. However, that could be because we were overwhelmed by how dank the burrata was moments before. All in all, will def be back to try different entrees.

    We have found the food at Caroline’s to be consistently good from brunch through dinner. The atmosphere is casual but classy. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. For dinner on this visit, we both had the Brush Creek Wagyu Burger. The burger patty itself is a high quality beef burger, served with lettuce, tomato, choice of cheese, and shoestring French fries. We both ordered without the bun, personal preference, so I ordered an extra patty. Everything arrived exactly as we ordered. Delicious! Our server, Lauren, was friendly and efficient.

    We began or dinner with the Burrata Appetizer consisting of the ridiculously addicting cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil, accompanied by a multi grain bread. We shared a Arugula Caesar topped with shaved parmesan, a Greek yogurt dressing, and melt in your mouth lemon vinaigrette croutons. Our main courses were Green Chili & Chicken Enchiladas, Hot & Crunchy Halibut and the Salt and pepper Salmon. ( For my particular taste , and opinion both fish dishes were over, however our server did respond that all fish dishes are prepared medium well to well done) Still Super Yummy!!! Party of three, two glasses of wine, really attentive service, $200 with tip.
