CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

    Todo bien hasta que comenzamos a terminar nuestros platos, el Garzón comenzó a retirar sin consultar nada. Había un comensal que aún no terminaba y el Garzón retiró todo. Incluso el plato servilletero del comensal que aún comía. Lo más fuerte fue que Comenzó a limpiar las migas al lado de quien aún comía. Poco criterio ahí. Mal muy mal

    Una grata experiencia en carnes premium y bien cocinadas. Tuve que pedir aumentar un poco el punto de cocción y volvió rápidamente como la esperaba. Los aperitivos frescos y el tapadito de Bonito con salsa de ají amarillo despertaron el apetito. El servicio estuvo a muy buen nivel, muy atento el garzón.

    Lleve a las 20:30, hicimos el pedido a las 21:00 aproximadamente y el corte por el cual fui lo tenían agotado. El restaurante no estaba tan lleno, era temprano. En resumen, uno como lo que el restaurante quiere. Nunca más! Y siempre daré malas referencias.
