CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality.

In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill.

We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. The unique atmosphere and privileged location make CARNAL the ideal place to enjoy a family lunch, an intimate dinner or a business meeting.

    Reserve con un par de dias de antelacion y me molesto que me pusieran en el piso de abajo, no habia nadie solo nosotros. me parece que me deberian haber preguntado el sector. eso me cargo lo demas todo muy bien

    Nos gustó mucho, nos atendieron muy bien, y la comida estaba muy buena. El restaurant es muy bonito, en el sector que nos tocó estaba un poco oscuro, pero bien. Me gustó la carta, que es grande y variada, con opciones para todos los gustos. Volveremos.
