   I visited this restaurant twice last week, I had mix seafood salad for starter that was tasty, really enjoyed the chicken Cajun for my main course, Authentic Italian taste, freshly prepared, good quality food and wine. reasonably priced. the staff were helpful and attentive. I am quiet fussy when it comes to cleanliness at public places I have to admit this restaurant was very clean specially the bathroom. conveniently close to southwark tube station and Tate modern. highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

   Really enjoyed the experience,authentic Italian flavour,ordered fish and pasta from the chef´s weekly special ,it was amazing!fish is well cooked and deliciously prepared,pasta was very nice too .busy at lunch time but still the service was smooth all way through and staff were polite ,good selection of wines,reasonsable prices,its only 5 min from waterloo. definitly will go back again!

   I booked a table at Carlos kitchen to meet some colleagues for appraisal meeting on our lunch break. We really enjoyed our time there, great food and lovely environment. We were served by friendly and smiling waitresses. It is a busy place which I understand is due to its good quality of food, they offer plenty of options and reasonable prices. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a mixture of classic and modern themes and it is nothing like the generic cafes and restaurants nearby.

   The place didn't look great, not suitable for a business meeting. The service was very poor, it took long to get our food, we had our order mixed up and we could see no waiter for long periods of time. The salmon was too salty to be eaten, but the desert was good.
