    What really makes this place stand out is the attention to detail and the effort that all the staff put in to providing five star service. Every dish was excellent and all cocktails were delicious. They also have a fantastic wine selection even by the glass. A big thank you to our main waiter Simone who was just excellent.

    Excellent dinner and the server was exceptional and very gracious as well. All of our dishes were perfect and very tasty. I like the look and feel of Carisma as well

    Food was excellent, and servers were very attentive. Certainly will go back as entire experience was superb. Only drawback is that the lunch was quite expensive.

    From walking in, we received a warm welcome from Sasa, the room was full and bustling. We sat at our table and enjoyed like conversation with Sasa as he brought a sparkling water. It was my girlfriend’s birthday so he asked me what kind of dessert she would like. Having a look at the menu we decided on seared scallops and carpaccio both were excellent. We got spaghetti with black tiger shrimp, and the daily special ravioli with confit duck. The drinks were amazing the light martini to the class of Briello. Dessert was spectacular fresh crème brûlée chocolate molten lava cake. An amazing night spectacular food wonderful atmosphere thank you again. Sasa

    This was a quite nice dining experience. Calamari was done very nicely and all the flavours across the meal were balanced nicely.

    Fantastic experience. The bread is incredible, the pasta amazing, and the salads fantastic. Particularly the Carisma salad. Really a wonderful experience. Treat yourself! Thank you!
