Carboy Winery in Breckenridge offers a tasting room and restaurant housed in a historic space inspired by its golden-age past. Located at the Gold Pan Saloon, est. 1879, the Winery & Saloon sit on top of a 2,000 sq. ft underground winery.

Settled in the heart of Main St. near the Breckenridge Gondola, the tasting room showcases its wine with wine flights, tastings at the wine bar & tours every day. Their food menu includes small bites, new american plates & prix fix menus created by Chef Scott Hybbeneth, whose experience includes Sushi Den, Barolo Grill & California Cafe. As Executive Chef at Angelo's Taverna & Carboy Winery he focuses on crafting a menu of artisan products and seasonal ingredients that pair with select Carboy Wine and enhance your dining experience.

The only bad thing I have to say about Carboy Winery is that they said they are going to stop taking reservations, starting in January, 2020. They only have 5 tables and 8 seats or so at the bar. My husband and I love this place - but we don't love guessing when to come and having to wait or make a Plan B. I am very disappointed in this decision. You now have people secure the reservation with a credit card and charge if someone doesn't show - isn't that enough?

Great appetizer selection. Mediocre service...nice and helpful, but they just seemed too busy to show up at our table often. It’s a cute atmosphere, but so loud it was hard to hold a conversation. We liked it and would go again, but would pick a less busy time.

Such a great meal! Fantastic service, great menu and wine. Very reasonably priced. I was ready to go back the next day to have some of the items on the menu we didn't get. We will definitely be back! (always looking for mountain restaurants that have good service!)

Just a perfect way to end the day in Breckenridge. Menu had lots of interesting choices that allowed us to continue ordering (we went two nights and ordered a bit of everything and it was all delicious)
