Carboni's Ristorante - Bar - Market
I reviewed the menu ahead of time and planned what to order. Everything was delicious, from the cocktail to the dessert! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Absolutely delicious! Cocktails to dessert, it was amazing and thanks for being open on Thanksgiving!
Had Thanksgiving dinner here with my family. For the majority of our meal, we were the only party in the entire restaurant, but still had to flag down wait staff to get drink refills. At the end of our main course, we were promptly handed our bill. No offer for dessert. No offer for coffee. Definitely felt they wanted us out of there despite there being only one other party in the restaurant. Will not return.
Good food, they were out of a dish we wanted early in the evening. Fairly loud.
We loved the ambiance!! We had a pizza that was so-so. But other than that, will come back and try other things on the menu!
Service (Chandler) was top notch! Appetizers (tried 3) were excellent. Of the entrees ordered by our party of 4, the short rib ravioli lived up to expectations. The other 3 were good but did not wow us like we were expecting based on the appetizers.
We will definitely go back and keep trying different things on the menu Carboni is off to a good start.
An anniversary dinner with friends
Wine selection was excellent
Appetizers , salads beautifully presented and tasty
Unique main courses again delicious and prepared with care
Server was friendly and knowledgeable
Restaurant is beautiful and kitchen impressive
Great addition to our local food scene
It was a great experience.
Brunch was fantastic. Service (Lesley) was exceptional. Can’t wait to try dinner and the rooftop patio.
Anniversary dinner. All around outstanding Nd will definitely be back soon!
Recommended to us and did not meet expectations. Limited menu. Food was uninspired Service was good
Excellent fresh pasta! Very nice ambiancd
We had two delicious dinners, appetizer & sangria. Definitely will return.
The service was slow- which I understand right now- but when our server brought out the food, one of the pizzas was burned black. I’m not sure why anyone thought it was ok to serve
Server was terrible. Rude, knew nothing about the meals were prepared and she looked like she wanted nothing to do with being there. Will NEVER go back.
Our food was outstanding. We had ricotta meatballs for appetizer, and the bread and oil dip were delicious. My husband had the halibut and I had the chicken. DELICIOUS. Best I've ever had. To top of an excellent meal - we had the creme brulee cheese cake....OMG....I found my "Happy Place"!!
Birthday celebration. Great venue!!
The menu that is listed on-line isn't nearly as accurate as it is when you get there. Lot of dinner entrees not available when you get current menu. Asked server and she responded that they change the menu every couple of months or so, but they do not update their website. Be aware of this as that is really unfortunate if you spend time researching and wanting an item and getting there to find out it is not available as we did.
Great pasta; good chicken and fish. Was a bit loud. Surprised rooftop bar was not open.
WE WENT ON A SATURDAY FOR A BIRTHDAY LUNCH AND THEY ONLY HAD A LIMITED BRUNCH MENU. IT WAS VERY HOT SO WE STAYED INDOORS, WHERE THE ATMOSPHERE WAS QUIET AND BLAND. MY SANGRIA WASN'T WORTH THE COST. THE MOST LIKED ITEMS ON THE MENU WERE THE HASH AND THE FRENCH FRIES. THE WAFFLE WAS SERVED COLD. MY CHEESEBUGER WAS OF AVERAGE FLAVOR, BUT THE BACON WAS TASTY. OUR WAITRESS WAS NEW AND TRIED HER BEST TO
Food was just okay. Server was very apologetic but it took forever for the food to come out. Noise was so loud it was hard to have conversation. Probably won’t be going back for a second try.
Excellent food, wonderful waitress, kitchen was just slow getting our food out, but worth the wait in the end. Definitely heading back.
Excellent food, competent service, a little pricey, especially for wine, but overall quite satisfactory.
Every dish we ordered from antipasto to the mains was excellent, just over the top good. The bartender before we sat down was also very good. The hostess was perfunctory. Our waiter was fine, but not very attentive. Our main courses took a bit to come out. Now, they were not very full, but perhaps they were understaffed that night. We would recommend it.
All though we love this restaurant it still needs a few kinks workout with the kitchen and wait staff. Looking forward to trying a brunch and more dinners in the future.
Our waitress, Jessica is great. So friendly and does a fantastic job!
Nice place. Great drinks, but we came for the food.. and it was flavorless, and overall disappointing. Portions were tiny for an Italian restaurant. We ordered an appetizer, and two separate dinners, and each item was disappointing (and we aren’t food snobs). If you’re considering this place, you’re better off saving your money and heating up some canned ravioli at home. Drinks were good though!
The staff was amazing and the food was great! We had a great time.
Very tasty food, excellent service, lovely building!
Been to the restaurant a few times and had a great experience. This experience was good although being a Friday evening at 630 they had already ran out of all pizza dough and sangria. Unfortunately that was the primary reason our party of 8 came. We made due with other items. Ambiance is great. Will definitely be dining again at Carbonis.
Very nice restaurant. Great service and wonderful food!
The pool patio is lovely. The waitress was very nice. It was an incredibly long wait for our food because they delivered it to the wrong table and had to start over.
They present themselves as an Italian restaurant, however, there food is sort of an odd Italian-South American fusion. I wasn’t impressed with what I ordered. It was “okay.” Do not go there expecting classic Italian food. The menu is also very limited. But, they are open on Mondays, when most other local restaurants are closed.
I wasn’t super impressed upon our first visit but would like to give them another chance.
Due to restrictions that must still be in place, there was limited seating, so restaurant was not crowded. Even so, the service was slow, and the prices were on the high side (dinner for 2, no alcohol and only one gelato for dessert came to $110 with tax and tip). The food was fine but not extraordinary. My husband's halibut was overcooked though edible. My orrecchiete with lamb ragu was OK. Portions were fine. Server was pleasant but appeared to be overworked.
Seated promptly, Antonio above and beyond a great server, very knowledgeable, clever and friendly. Caprese salad and Margherita pizza for starters to share for 6 of us. Authentic and delicious. All entrees delectable from burgers to my shrimp fra divola.
Wonderful experience. What a great “open California” experience.
This place is pretty but super loud. The food was mediocre and the service was nothing to write home about. Very disappointing.
Food was great, service was extremely slow and lacked any urgency to move the meal along. Waited for 30 mins to get a server to acknowledge us after 2 trips inside asking for service. As mentioned the food was great and the setting is ideal. The service will keep me from a quick return.
Carboni's is an amazing addition to Winters! A beautiful restaurant, delicious food, and incredibly friendly staff. We appreciated the great recommendations from our server Summer. We will most definitely be back again!
Very nice place. Food was good. Did not try pastas.
We had a great time, amazing food… The rooftop bar is awesome!
