Fantastic food with great service from very attentive servers. We had the bottomless brunch and drinks, which were all delicious! The cost was on the higher side, but the quality of the food and drinks are very good so you can certainly live with it! We would certainly go back if we were to return to Vegas.

Found that everything was extra - no bread basket had to pay extra to have pasta with chicken parm etc. Drink prices were more expensive than other restaurants as well. The food is good but the up charges affected the overall experience. Won’t be back

They ended up getting us seats but when we first arrived at our PAID experience reservation time they told us only a few standing only tables were open unless someone else got up, obviously nobody did. Eventually after complaining yo the manager we got seats brought out from inside.

Fourth of July Patio event with all-inclusive food and beverage. There was a lot of opportunity to learn from at this event. Food was minimal, and not equally offered to each table. One table next to us had new platters being offered to them each time. While ours was intermittent, and other tables were simply bypassed. Drinks were weak and not work the cost for "all you can drink". We sent back 3 drinks and settled on a soda instead. We arrived early and luckily we did because those who showed up at 8pm or after had nowhere to sit despite having a table on balcony specifically reserved for them. When it came time for the fireworks, the guests dining inside the restaurant, who did NOT pay for the balcony experience, came rushing out and blocked our views from our table and stood in front of all the patrons who specifically bought this package. There was zero enforcement, no support and just a free-for-all. The pounding club music didn't make sense, especially during the fireworks. Something Patriotic would have been appropriate. If for only the time the fireworks were shooting off. Poor food, poor drinks, (please don't keep oysters and poached prawns in the sun), inequitable offerings from service staff, and when the fireworks started, poor views. We immediately left and had dinner elsewhere because we were starving. I would NOT recommend an all-inclusive food and beverage package at Caramella.

The food was great. We were three and split the eggplant parm, meatballs, and prosciutto. We intended to get the seabass, but were too full. Since there's always room for dessert we got the chocolate tart and orange crème brûlée all delicious. Michael was our server and did a wonderful job explaining the menu. All in all fantastic and look forward to our next visit.

Great restaurant to dine in the fountain view to the strip. Beautiful view and excellent service. The food is amazing!

Loved the ambiance, and the food was great. However service was slow and I didn’t think the menu prices were fair. I’m not sure if we would ever go back for dinner, but we did have a nice time at the restaurant.
