   Everything was great from the minute we walked in. Our appetizers, entrees, deserts and drinks were fantastic. Our server Penny was great along with every other employee we dealt with.

   We ate at the bar which was quite pleasant with easy conversation with the bartender, Chris. His recommendations were spot on. We shared a delicious Caesar salad, plenty big for two. Manicotti and sea bass were sensational! Don't miss the tiramisu and cheesecake. This was our third time dining here. Stuffed chicken parm is great too!

   Fantastic food, excellent service, beautiful balcony view. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend Caramella.

   Overpriced for the quality of food. Paying for a table out front isn’t worth it as people just walk onto the balcony to take photos….. best to avoid.

   From the entrance, it was very welcoming and delivers a memorable dining experience through its fusion of vintage ambiance and inventive Italian cuisine. Unique features like the hidden lounge make it a noteworthy destination for those seeking a stylish and flavorful evening. Garlic bread and Spicy tomato pasta was so delicious.

   Second visit completely different experience from a few months prior. Food was average at best and not worth the high prices. Service was slow and so loud with the music and diners we couldn’t hardly hear the servers. Our bill was almost $400 so not worth it.

   Apparently they charge extra for patio fountain views if they have a direct line to the fountain. Those tables were empty up to when we were almost finished dinner, seems like a miss for customer satisfaction. Server Armando was excellent! Food was quite good. A little disconcerting that there was a good layer of oil on the bottom of my plate once I finished eating the bolognese.

   Brunch portions should be smaller so you can try a variety of foods for the ayce

   Eduardo was a great waiter, it seems like he really enjoys his job. Food was amazing as well.

    Average Italian dishes in a nice 70’s throwback atmosphere. Good cocktails. It is inside Planet Hollywood which is about a 2 star hotel and casino atmosphere. If it was in a more upscale location it would have a better overall ambiance, but the trudge through Planet Hollywood took away from the experience. Service was friendly and prompt. Comfortable, nicely spaced out tables were a plus. There is a speakeasy which we did not go to but that might make it more worth a visit.
